Everything was great from the staff to the thrilling zip lines, 2 thumbs up in this one! Definitely recommend this to family and friends.
It was a very fun experience! The guides were good and there were a lot of zip lines. The only disappointment is that you don’t truly go “over the Arenal waterfall.” I didn’t even realize we had gone “over” a waterfall as it was further back and behind us. But still a fun zip line experience.
This was the best tour of our trip! We had an absolute blast! The guide and staff were all very friendly and accommodating. It is a steep staircase hike which took about 20 mins to reach the first cable. Be in shape if you book it. I was out of breath by the last staircase. It was worth it though! The rain held out for us until the last cable. I was dreading it, but the rain made it even more exhilarating. Wear pants, quick dry shirts, and use bug spray!

Amazing experience! We had lots of rain, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the zipline. I highly recommend bringing a rain jacket during the rainy season. There’s a short hike with plenty of stairs, but you can take breaks if needed.The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience fun. Highly recommend!

Incredibly cool zip-line experience and we great cost us - both those of us who are basically adrenaline-junkies and myself who was a little more nervous before starting. Zipline through amazing jungle and waterfalls. Safety was our top priority, with professional introductions and guides checking the equipment of every participant at every post. The guides were confident, attentive and there was a remarkably pleasant tone between them all contributing to a cool and safe and pleasant experience.

Fantastic zip line tour with incredible views of the volcano, rainforest, and waterfalls. A little hiking is required. The guides were great, the whole family had a blast and felt safe the entire time. Highly recommend.

What a cool experience, even in the rain and fog this is really great. For my wife with a fear of heights it was even fine to do.
