The experience was phenomenal. The property was well kept and clean all around and every step you make you will find a little piece of history. It was refreshing learning first hand how everything is made and the processes. The front desk agent Tashae was friendly and helpful with our group. She provided a good insight to what options were available and what they included. The bartender with our welcome cocktails was jovial and very inviting unfortunately I didn’t get his name but big up from the Portland group!! Our tour guide Tiffany was the absolute best, she ensured we all felt welcomed and included. She never started information without us all in the same space even though the group was a little late because of the picture taking. Tiffany answered every question and provided us information with passion. She was the perfect mix of Professional and friendly. Big up yourself Tiffany. We appreciate you ❤️

Amazing experience I am very pleased with the customer service. It’s evident a lot of training go into the service delivered by all the staff. Peter is an exceptional guide, he presented well and could answer any question thrown at him whether directly related to Appleton estate or the facts surrounding our ancestral life. Great job Peter Fine dining is also offered and I must give props to the chef. My family enjoyed our meals and the bread pudding was delightful.
