Non vedrai mai la Costiera Amalfitana così! Scoprirai le delizie nascoste della Costiera Amalfitana e i panorami mozzafiato da un tipico gozzo amalfitano mentre il sole tramonta all'orizzonte, grazie alla vasta esperienza e conoscenza dei capitani locali e in un gruppo molto piccolo (max 10 partecipanti)! Il percorso verso Praiano ci porterà lungo le spiagge più belle di Amalfi, vicino ad archi naturali di roccia e fiordi, dandoci l'opportunità di ammirare le antiche torri di avvistamento che costellano l'intera lunghezza di questa costa. Visiteremo spiagge raggiungibili solo via mare e avremo tempo per nuotare in acque cristalline. Notare che: - Questo tour si concentra principalmente sul godersi le ore del tramonto mentre ci si rilassa con drink e buona musica piuttosto che fare snorkeling. - Le nostre barche sono "Gozzo" Costiera Amalfitana da 8 a 10 metri (da 26,2 a 32,8 piedi), un tipo di imbarcazione molto suggestivo e spazioso originario di questa zona. - Tutte le barche sono dotate di un piccolo bagno che può essere utilizzato in caso di necessità durante le soste.

Itinerario
Una volta che tutti saranno saliti a bordo e fatto un piccolo briefing su come passeremo le ore del tramonto, saremo pronti per salpare verso ovest verso Praiano. Il percorso ci porterà lungo le spiagge più belle della Costiera Amalfitana e nelle grotte marine. Poco distante dal punto di partenza, subito dopo aver lasciato il centro di Amalfi, ci avvicineremo alla Grotta di Sant'Andrea, un'enorme grotta marina naturale ricca di stalattiti che prende il nome dal santo patrono di Amalfi (Andrea). Poi, superate le spiagge di Duoglio e Santa Croce, ci fermeremo all'"Arco degli Innamorati", un arco di roccia naturale creato milioni di anni fa dall'erosione del mare la cui forma ricorda due elefanti nell'atto di baciarsi. Fino a non molto tempo fa le giovani coppie si sposavano sopra. Poco dopo navigheremo davanti all'antico borgo di pescatori di Conca dei Marini, passando vicino alla villa di Sophia Loren e vedendo lo storico albergo “Il Saraceno” situato sulla spiaggia La Vite.
Conca dei Marini era un antico borgo di pescatori. Qui avremo una bellissima vista dei paesi di Furore e Praiano e delle isole di Li Galli e Capri, insieme ai famosi Faraglioni. Avremo anche la possibilità di ammirare il Monastero di Santa Rosa, un ex convento ora trasformato in hotel di lusso, un tempo dimora delle suore domenicane. E' proprio nelle cucine di questo monastero che nasce la prelibata "Sfogliatella Santa Rosa", una sfoglia a forma di conchiglia ripiena di crema a base di ricotta e pezzetti di frutta secca, tipica della tradizione culinaria locale (non dimenticate di assaggiare prima di partire!).
Subito dopo aver lasciato il paese di Conca dei Marini, raggiungeremo poi il famoso Fiordo di Furore, l'unico fiordo naturale che abbiamo in Italia e sede della competizione internazionale di tuffi "MarMeeting": ogni anno a luglio, tuffatori professionisti di tutto il mondo si sfidano saltando dalla cima del ponte che è alto 28 metri.
Infine faremo il giro del promontorio di Praiano, dove ci fermeremo per una sosta e per fare il bagno mentre le calde tinte che illuminano il cielo si riflettono sulle acque luccicanti. Il viaggio di ritorno ad Amalfi ci regalerà una visione diversa ma ugualmente notevole sia del mare che della terraferma.

We were excited about sunset tour given the heat wave coming through this whole area. The directions for the meeting point were clear. I asked for a life jacket and was told “they are here in the boat” I shared that I could not swim but that did not matter. I was not given one nor was I told where they were. The boat ride was nice. We stopped at 2 places which the guide briefly talked about. Other wise there was no other narrative provided for the 2 hour ride. The melon was delicious and the prosecco was nice, but it was literally just one sip in every glass. The limoncello toward the end was an added touch. Although it is advertised as having a bathroom on board, when I asked about using it, I was told it was for an emergency. When we stopped at one of the sites, I was allowed to use it. You have to walk down a ladder to get to it and then closed in with a zippered tarp so no one sees you. Then I pounded on the tarp to let guide know I was done. I have been on many catamaran/boat cruises on my many travels and this was indeed awkward!

Wonderful experience! Guides were very nice and knowledge. Drinks were great (and limencello near the end)! Small group, relaxed atomsphere, beautiful sunset. Perfecto!
The cruise goes from Amalfi to Praiano and returns. At various points it stops to point out natural and celebrity attractions (such as Sophia Loren's vacation home). The longest stop is around Praiano, where, theoretically, there is an opportunity to jump in the water (and possibly snorkel--but I didn't see any snorkeling gear on the boat)--only one person in my group of ten did so. Worth pointing out that a stop in Positano is not in the itinerary. In fact, it is only seen from a distance, and shrouded in darkness due to the sun being completely behind it. So the bright view of Positano that is presented in the marketing of this cruise is false. By contrast, Praiano is seen very well--one face of it is well-illuminated by the setting sun. Fruits, prosecco, and sodas of various kinds are offered. The captain of the boat, in accented English, provided humorous commentary.
Fabulous sunset boat trip along the coast from Amalfi. Knowledgeable and friendly captain and guide. Swim stop topped off with lovely Prosecco and limoncello. Perfect end of day. Highlight of our Amalfi stay. Definitely recommended
Amazing boat trip, brilliant views and the guides were very interactive, knowledgeable and fun! The sunset scenes were beautiful and getting in the sea was a blast l! Highly recommend!
This was such a great trip, it was a little rough but the Captain was very good at keeping us as stable as possible whilst refreshing dinks, being tour guide and DJ at the same time, best time of day if full sun is not your thing and 2 hours was perfect. Came back fully satisfied and very happy.
We had an amazing time, the meeting location was central and easy to find, Nick the driver/guide was friendly and knowledgeable, boat was clean, food/wine was lovely and the music was good. We would thoroughly recommend this tour.
It was a very good experience that allowed us to explore the area with a small group of people and see a wonderful sunset.
