The location and setting is fantastic, the cooking class is outside and has an incredible view of the ocean. The Amalfi Gardens staff are amazing, friendly and entertaining. And the food was yummy!!!
This was the best experience of our Italy vacation. Denise, our host, was delightful and welcoming. The chef, Antonio and his sous chef, Gulia, were magnificent. We had the best time and the food selection we made was fabulous. Don’t sleep on this event. A+++++++++++++++
Had a great time at this cooking class!! We made Gnocchi with 3 great hosts and a beautiful view. They made the experience amazing with their knowledge, music, and great wine with the associated food we cooked. My wife felt that this was one of the best experiences she had on our trip. We will definitely do it again if we return that area.
This experience was amazing from the views to the food and staff. It was so much fun and we got to hand make and try lots of yummy dishes!! Maria, Matteo & Samuel were incredibly knowledgable, personable, funny and kind. It is an experience that is worth while!
FANTASTIC time, lots of fun. Thank you Rosa and Emanuele. Interactive, learned some good cooking techniques and shared wonderful food and wine with old and new friends.
This was one of the BEST experiences we had during our trip to Italy!! Silvio, Fabio & their crew were so knowledgeable and so helpful!! They made every single step fun & hilarious!! Such wonderful men & such a wonderful class!!
The cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. The chef was funny and enjoyable to work with. He was very knowledgeable. The sous chef and guide were also helpful and made the experience a once in a lifetime experience.
This was the highlight of our honeymoon! Angela, Antonio, and Team were amazing!
Julia & her team were wonderful! We had such a fun time learning about the fruits and vegetables grown there on the farm and then preparing our meal as one, big, happy Italian family. The outdoor kitchen had gorgeous views. All of the staff was so nice and it genuinely seemed like they were having as good of a time as we were. We laughed- a lot! Definitely left with full bellies and full hearts. Highly recommend!
Overall I felt a little disappointed with this experience. The farm tour was fairly rudimentary and we didn’t learn anything on how to grow vegetables ourselves. The staff were perfectly friendly but lots of coarse language and crude humor so I wouldn’t recommend for groups with children. The cooking experience was fine but you are involved in cooking one of the many dishes served family style, so you don’t necessarily learn anything during this process either. The food was good and there was plenty of wine. Overall, if you’re looking to learn things this likely isn’t for you, but if you just want to cook some easy things and have some white wine with a group of people you’ll enjoy this event.
