Inizia la giornata con un prelievo in hotel o direttamente al porto turistico, quindi esci in mare aperto attraverso gli spettacolari canali di mangrovie. Il bar apre subito dopo la partenza. Fai snorkeling in mare aperto per 30-45 minuti. Oltre ai coloratissimi pesci e coralli, si possono ammirare anche alcuni dei manufatti appartenenti al MUSA Underwater Museum. Una volta arrivato al beach club dell'isola, avrai del tempo libero per rilassarti, nuotare e goderti una bevanda ghiacciata e goderti un delizioso pranzo a buffet. Avrai circa un'ora di tempo libero per passeggiare per i vicoli, esplorare i piccoli negozi o persino visitare la famosa spiaggia di Playa Norte prima di tornare a Cancun ammirando il tramonto abbagliante.

Trip was fun but communications very poor. Told wrong departure location so had to get a second taxi to correct marina. Crew nice but hour on Isla a peddlers swarm so not able to walk around and relax. Good sights while snorkeling

This is the worst excursion tour you can book. It was the worst part of our vacation. Let me tell you why. 1. They give every reason to charge you more. Different booking times, pick up/drop off, etc. they only want your money. At the end, it’s tip tip tip or rude service and dirty looks. 2. Charged a docking fee at the port in Cancun. They don’t tell you that. 3. Very unorganized. Came back to our pick up spot 20 minutes later to pick up another couple. 4. Snorkeling was canceled. Then they said we can swim at the first stop but canceled it after they almost lost a passenger because they didn’t anchor the boat properly. Passenger had to be saved by another boat while another guest almost got sucked by the propeller. Guests were screaming to the captain to turn off the boat. Scary! No one wanted to go in the water after that. 5. You’re on the boat more than you’re exploring. There are 3 stops for the tour and it’s about 45 minutes minimum to get to each stop. 6. Food is disgusting. Don’t say I didn’t tell you so. 7. Requested for adults only tour. Boat should hold 30 people max. There was about 50 people on board including 10 kids. We were the slowest boat on the ocean. Everyone passed us by. We got back to our hotel by 8:30pm! 8. You would think the excursion is for tourists right? They spoke only in Spanish on the speaker. Other American tourists had to translate to us what they were saying. 9. Top deck speaker wasn’t working. We had no idea what they were saying.

It was an amazing trip! Everyone on the cruise was wonderful and super friendly. They kept us up on drinks and fun. The lunch was delicious on Isla mujeres, they waited for us on the cruise when we were running a little late. The island was beautiful. I recommend this to anyone looking for laid back trip and not too crowded.

Great excursion!!! Our transportation was almost an hour late to pick us up from our hotel but the driver was apologetic and nice. Once on the boat, they explained what the trip would entail, in both Spanish and English. The ride was smooth and my boyfriend enjoyed the snorkeling. We sat at on the top deck for the ride into Isla Mujeres…just beautiful. We ate lunch at a very authentic restaurant and then sailed to the north side of the island. We laid on the beach and enjoyed the sun for an hour and then sailed back to Cancun. The atmosphere on the boat was very loud and fun. Drinks were flowing and the staff were absolutely the best. It was a pretty good trip to isla Mujeres. Don’t know if I would do it again though.

Extremely disappointed and upset with this company. I messaged them the day before to confirm pickup time. They told me pickup was at 11:20 and wait in front of the hotel at 11:10. I waited outside from 11:10 to 11:35 then I finally messaged the driver on the WhatsApp number provided. No response from the driver. At 11:45 I called the company and they said that the driver was stuck in traffic and wasn’t going to pick me up. I could either take a taxi to the dock or get a refund but if I took a taxi to the the dock I wouldn’t make it on time. I am so upset because if they had told me at 11:10 that they weren’t going to pick me up I could have made it in a taxi. 0/10 for communication, I can’t believe they would just decide to not pick me up and not tell me. Also, it was too late in the day to book an excursion with another company so they totally screwed me over. Do not book with them through trip advisor or Viator, use a different company.

Pros and cons of this excursion…. Pros: great host(once on board), good music, excellent service “while on board”. Excellent snorkelling experience. Cons: Check in was not okay. They didn’t have us on their reservation list despite me having all my proof of confirmations. The guy sent us to some other area of the marina trying to get rid of us. Once we returned to him he Finally realized we were on the list and gave us a wrist band. Meanwhile we had just travelled by cab from our resort 40 minutes away. I was afraid they would not take us. Getting onto the boat, they told us to stand to the side (singled us out) and let only the Mexicans and Spanish speaking people on first. A few of us non Spanish speaking people (we weren’t the only ones) were left to the end to get on the boat last. I have a family of four. They only spoke Spanish. Hard to get them to explain things in English. They re-use the plastic cups continuously for every guest. Eeek. We watch this. Absolutely zero Covid protocols. Lunch: oh my. Scary is all I have to say…. All in all, once we were on the boat, the service was excellent with them serving drinks and entertainment. The snorkelling was excellent and well organized. With the check in issue, the food for lunch, zero Covid protocols and feeling a bit not wanted because we did not speak Spanish, we still provided a good tip and had a nice experience. I will book through a more reputable charter next time.

Adrian & crew were wonderful hosts! They let us know what to expect every step of the way, made us feel safe and very welcome! You have an option to sit on the rooftop or on the bottom deck in the shade. For the snorkeling activity — goggles, a life jacket and flippers are provided and all swimming levels are accommodated to. We saw parts of the MUSA underwater museum as well as many beautiful fish. Isla Mujeres lunch was delicious — we had chilaquiles, rice, tortillas & fresh grilled fish. Afterwards, we were welcome to either explore the city (short taxi ride) or enjoy playa Norte. On the way back to Cancun we had a blast listening to music, drinking and dancing with everyone on the boat. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience!

Well the tour very fun and enjoyable the only problem was the drink that was very good the rest if it is advisable the same as the return we touch a fantastic driver his name is Miguel very enjoyable his talk very good vibe and energy the truth was a highlight of the tour the return home thank you for everything
