Itinerario
Tour: - Torri - Sarcofago romano - Sala mosaici - Hammam Doña Leonor - Patio Morisco - Giardini

We booked 24 hours before a ticket for a place that is finally under construction! We were offered a visit to the gardens in return and visits to the Arab baths. FYI visit the garden which was also in works were free and the visit of the baths cost only 3 €. We paid 19 € per person or 38 € and asked for the refund which we are still waiting for and desperately. We made a request from the person who contacted us 15 minutes before the visit who no longer responds as by chance.
Rafa was amazing! Great info and fun personality on a blistering hot day. Wish the tour was longer. Tip: start out very early!
Gracias por tu valoración. Nos alegra que Rafa hiciera tan amena la visita, incluso en un día tan caluroso. Tomamos nota de tu consejo sobre el horario.
This morning we visited the Alcazar of the Christian Kings of Cordoba. We had a particularly fascinating guide, Estefania, who was able to convey to us with kindness and professionalism her great knowledge and love of her city.
It wasn’t worth the money. Guid was good but there wasn’t much to show in the Alchazr. We started from one main entrance of it and funahws in another that was it.
Excellent Palace with lots of history, views, delightful gardens. A must to visit in Cordoba. The Palace is very near the Cathedral.
The tour guide failed to show up and we were refused entrance on our ticket. We have requested a refund.
We were at the meeting point 15 minutes before the agreed time. Sorry, no guide has appeared. Another group then took us in. Too bad paid was a guided tour, I can not recommend
We made two visits with them, one to the Mosque and the other to the Alcazar de los Reyes, and both have been fabulous. We arrived late at the Mosque and they had already come in, we contacted them by phone and they did not put any glue to couple the next one with Sonia as a guide who made us a tour and some incredible explanations. And in the Alcázar we went with Chema, just exceptional. It is rating that they know and that they like their work and always with a wonderful treatment. Thank you very much.
I am an experienced traveler, I have been traveling for years even alone, sometimes if I stay a few hours in a city I rely on a local guide to optimize the times. While following the group another group interposed and I lost sight of the guide who did not have the orange umbrella raised. Everything took place in about ten seconds. I walked 50 meters to the fork of the road and stopped not knowing the direction. A professional guide realizes that there is one person missing and goes back at least a few meters. Also the guide had my telephone number, could contact me and give me the location to reach them. I waited 10 minutes. Then I reached the alcazar which was the next stop and waited 30 minutes. So I had to get the ticket and visit it myself. I strongly advise against entrusting other tours to this guide, whose name I do not know because he did not even show up despite being the first to reach the meeting point this morning. I asked for a refund from the circuit that booked me but they denied it saying that no one else on the tour had filed a complaint. As if only one tourist had not the same value as a group of ten (who were together and knew each other)
Despite paying in advance for an English speaking tour, no English speaking tour guide was available. THe only positive is that a refund was promptly issued. Wasted some of my time in Cordoba unfortunately.
