Bring lots of water with you during summer months and comfortable shoes. You will see a lot of beautiful sites and have a great time
It was a fabulous day exploring these three gorgeous towns. Our guide Marco through the office of Vento Viaggo in Bari was great and so easy to communicate with.
5 stars does not feel like it's strong enough. Rating for this company period if you are lucky enough to get raphael. As your guy, you will have a day that you will never forget period his energy enthusiasm and love for people shines through in everything. He does period he makes sure that everyone has a good time and feels included every step of the way and gives you all of the information you could ever want about the areas you're exploring period someone in our group had a mobility issue, and raphael took his time to make sure that person was able to get in and out and accommodated in every place that we stopped. He was a true gem. We would suggest this to anyone traveling to Bari. We cannot wait to return to barry next summer to see our friend. Rafael, again and go on another great adventure with him
We got to know some of the most beautiful cities in Puglia. We would have liked more information about the history, the country, and the people, though. For all that money, we were more or less just driven from one place to another with a description of the route and sights sent via WhatsApp.
It was an amazing experience. We had an amazing experience from start to finish! We completed our booking within 24 hours, but we realized that the original tour schedule would have made it difficult for us to return to our cruise on time. We reached out to Ryan Jan, one of the representatives from Viator, and he was incredibly helpful. Ryan contacted the local agency, Dreams for Tours, directly, and within less than two hours, they reached out to us to help arrange an earlier starting time. They were able to make the change, allowing us to enjoy the tour while still making it back to our cruise on time. That level of customer service was truly appreciated! Once we arrived, the hospitality was fantastic. And a BIG shout-out to Francesco, our tour guide! What an amazing person! He was attentive, respectful, professional, and did a wonderful job explaining the history and culture of Puglia. I honestly cannot say enough great things about him—I would give him 10 out of 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ When we returned, we were running a little late, and I asked if he could drop me and my wife off at the cruise terminal. Francesco went above and beyond and personally took us there. Francesco, thank you so much! You gave us the best experience we could have asked for in Puglia. And thank you to Dreams for Tours and Viator for the excellent service and for making everything work so smoothly. Highly recommended! 🇮🇹❤️
In Puglia for a limited time, this day allowed us to optimize our stay with the visit of 3 cities. Our driver set the mood which made it possible to return this day particularly nice, I recommend!
This is an awful company. They did not communicate a change in meeting time and then rudely insisted they did. They did not agree to issue a refund when I requested it after I cold not meet them. Do not use them
The last minute attempt to cancel then to change the time instead was a distraction. Then, we were offered additional add-ons that were not fully disclosed. We were told we could swim but that wasn’t true. The boat ride we added split up our group and there was no time to swim. That being said, our captain, Franco, was a delight. Our driver was on his phone most of our drive and didn’t offer any insights into the sites we passed while traveling. He was on time for pickup at the various locations.
We had a great trip and really enjoyed the experience. We would absolutely recommend this tour to a friend! Our tour guide, Andres, was kind, friendly, and drove safe!
This tour is mainly transport between 3 different venues but in between times you are left pretty much to your own devices. there are no nibbles or refreshments. it would work just as well booking a taxi between stops
Hello, We would like to clarify that the product you purchased includes transportation in an **8-seat Mercedes minivan** between the three cities visited during the tour. The service also includes a professional driver and Wi-Fi on board. The tour does **not** include a guided visit or any additional services beyond those explicitly listed in the product description at the time of booking. Upon your arrival, each guest was provided with a complimentary bottle of water. However, the tour does not include snacks, refreshments, or any food service. We would also like to point out that your tour was scheduled to start at **9:00 AM**. At **9:15 AM**, you had still not arrived at the meeting point because your train was delayed. To ensure you had every opportunity to join the tour, we waited until **9:30 AM** before departing. Unfortunately, as you had still not arrived and we also had other guests waiting, we had no choice but to begin the tour. Despite this inconvenience, our driver did everything possible to accommodate you. He kindly offered to meet you directly in **Monopoli**, pick you up there, and allow you to continue enjoying the rest of the tour with the group. We believe this demonstrated our commitment to providing the best possible service, despite circumstances beyond our control. We sincerely hope that you enjoyed both the service and the beautiful cities you visited. For this reason, we were quite disappointed to receive a **2-star review**, as we believe the service provided fully matched what was advertised and purchased, and our team made every reasonable effort to accommodate your situation.
