Sarai accolto alle 16:00 a Mareuil-sur-Ay in una tipica casa di champagne nel mezzo dei vigneti di Champagne (Le Clos Corbier). Durante la visita alle cantine scavate nel 1850, inizierai con la scoperta di una pressa tradizionale e imparerai tutto sui segreti del processo di produzione dello champagne. Siediti e goditi la tua lezione di degustazione con un quiz sullo champagne, quindi allena il tuo naso per identificare i diversi aromi e sapori che si possono trovare nello Champagne attraverso un laboratorio olfattivo. Diventa competitivo mentre identifichi ciecamente 3 diversi champagne della famiglia, incluso un Grand Cru Vintage. Ti godrai alcuni dolci locali e stuzzichini abbinati ai tuoi champagne! The grounds and wine shop were charming. Our guide was very well versed; helpful, and also funny. She made it interesting through a small quiz qt the end as well as a blind tasting in which we coukd identify the varieties of champagne.

We went there on Sunday 17 July as a couple for a winery visit and I was impressed by the quality of the explanations on the steps of champagne production given by Emma, a young expert. She knew how to switch from French to English as if it were her mother tongue and her information was very clear and exciting. We could even ask questions. It was followed in a small group of 8 a blind tasting of several delicious champagnes of their production, in a cozy room, around a beautiful table, accompanied by *gougères* house, I still have water in my mouth. A fun and interesting quiz to recognize Chardonnay, Pinot Noir or Meunier, as well as the different flavors among 8 or 10 different flavors. It was the best experience of our stay. Next time... we'll come to test their map and test their guest rooms. Stephanie and Alain

Fantastic tour and tasting in a lovely setting. Alvaro was a wonderful guide, both for educating us on the region and every step of champagne making, as well as a detailed introduction to distinguishing the aromas and other characteristics of the champagnes we tasted. Highly recommend.
