The driver was constantly keeping in touch with us. He was extremely helpful, helped with the luggage On our way to the hotel, he pointed out places of interest.
Promt, communicative and comfortable. Bokkong was easy. They coordinated ahead of time and everything was good. You cannot go wrong.
A very misleading add. The van was very old. The worst private transfer we ever had. The driver was nice but we had to wait about 10 minutes.

Our plane arrived over an hour late. The driver contacted me that he knew it was late and just contact him once our luggage was retrieved. Once we did, we notified him and he was there within 5 minutes. Vincent was great. He pointed out attractions in our way to hotel.
Fabulous ! We paid the $25 extra and had the driver waiting for us and taking us to the van. We had a wheelchair user that can transfer to a seat and luggage and there was plenty of room. Highly recommend
Driver came on time and let us know in advance about pick up point. The van was clean and ride was good
The driver was meant to meet us at the arrival gate but we couldn’t find him anywhere( so we ended up pushing our suitcases and three children on our own to go and find his car at a pick up bay, and they still charged me an additional fee

I waited for at least 20 minutes to be contacted and tried to contact Viator to get the drivers number. As i exited the gate i did not see anyone. Waited and tried to call support. Could not wait any longer thus i had to obtain 2 taxi (fortunately the line for the taxi was not long). Currently i am waiting for viator to process my refund.
