Ritiro all’arrivo: l’autista terrà un cartello con il tuo nome alla “cintura di uscita della sala arrivi” (cintura di uscita della porta in vetro) più vicina alla cintura bagagli designata del tuo volo. Seguiremo l'orario di atterraggio effettivo del tuo volo e aspetteremo fino a 75 minuti dall'orario di atterraggio. Tuttavia, se si desidera richiedere un orario di prelievo speciale o esplorare all'interno dell'aeroporto, si prega di informarci in anticipo prima della data di arrivo. Partenza : Prelevare tutti i clienti prima dell'orario di arrivo del volo o 4 ore prima dell'orario di partenza per l'aeroporto.

- Ci sarà un supplemento di 10 SGD per ogni fermata aggiuntiva di drop off o pick up, da pagare in contanti direttamente all'autista
- Se non sei contattabile dopo il tempo di attesa, sarà considerato un 'no show'. L'autista partirà, e nessun rimborso sarà rilasciato.
- Il trasferimento di arrivo seguirà l'orario di atterraggio effettivo del tuo volo e aspetterà fino a 75 minuti dall'orario di atterraggio. Tuttavia, se si desidera richiedere un orario di prelievo speciale o esplorare all'interno dell'aeroporto, si prega di informarci in anticipo prima della data di arrivo.
- Ad ogni passeggero è consentito un bagaglio grande e uno piccolo. Per ogni bagaglio trasportato oltre la franchigia standard verrà addebitato un supplemento di 15 SGd per bagaglio.

Excellent service! It was easy to meet our driver and he loaded our luggage onto the van. It was nice to have a van where we could fit a family of 7 plus all our luggage.

My daughter and I were travelling to Singapore. Our driver was waiting for us in the arrivals area after we collected our luggage with a clearly marked sign with my name. A lovely man who showed us to his vehicle which was similar to a passenger transit van which had so much room for our luggage and air conditioning. He drove us to the lobby of our hotel. So effortless !!!!
