Ritiro all’arrivo: l’autista terrà un cartello con il tuo nome alla “cintura di uscita della sala arrivi” (cintura di uscita della porta in vetro) più vicina alla cintura bagagli designata del tuo volo. Seguiremo l'orario di atterraggio effettivo del tuo volo e aspetteremo fino a 75 minuti dall'orario di atterraggio. Tuttavia, se si desidera richiedere un orario di prelievo speciale o esplorare all'interno dell'aeroporto, si prega di informarci in anticipo prima della data di arrivo. Partenza : Prelevare tutti i clienti prima dell'orario di arrivo del volo o 4 ore prima dell'orario di partenza per l'aeroporto.

- Se non sei contattabile dopo il tempo di attesa, sarà considerato un 'no show'. L'autista partirà, e nessun rimborso sarà rilasciato.
- Il trasferimento di arrivo seguirà l'orario di atterraggio effettivo del tuo volo e aspetterà fino a 75 minuti dall'orario di atterraggio. Thomas was a very efficient. My flight landed early. When I disembarked Thomas had already messaged me that he was aware my flight was early and was on his way. He was waiting for me when I came out of the baggage area. He was very helpful and informative about what to do whilst in Singapore.

We had a great experience from this service. We were met at the airport with our name on the board. Our driver immediately took our luggage to load onto the trolley. A very professional service.
