7-Giorno: Valle sacra, MachuPichu, Montagna arcobaleno, Lago Humantay

Chullos was our tour operator. Very good, responsive and gave us good hotel stays. Jonathan was our guide. Our 7 day trip was very amazing and worth the money we spent. He was very patient and showed us all the places and helped us hike. Humantay was my personal favourite.

A beautiful experience to know Cusco through Chullos. They welcomed us very well, and each day they were attentive and giving us the necessary information for our tours. I would love to come back and live the experience with them again

We joined this 7-Day tour starting July 6, 2025 (three travelers: myself, my sister, and my cousin). Our coordinator was Yamille from Chullos Travel Peru. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. Pros: • Smooth pickup and drop-off at Cusco airport • Convenient hotel locations • Generally responsive communication Cons: • Tour vehicles were not always air-conditioned, and Cusco can get very hot. • Daily plans were not provided in advance — instructions often came last minute, making it hard to prepare. • On the City Tour, the guide arrived 30 minutes earlier than agreed; we missed the pickup and had to find the group ourselves. • Hotels had serious issues despite good locations: • Machu Picchu hotel resisted providing toiletries; the toilet wouldn’t flush and took hours to fix. • Cusco hotel had construction and no running water for over 2 hours after a long excursion day. Returning without access to a bathroom or shower was unacceptable. • Train tickets were booked poorly — we were separated across different cars instead of sitting together. • Communication breakdowns: • Salt Mine tickets were included but not communicated to the guide, who asked us to pay again. • Due to the Cusco hotel’s water outage, we skipped the Humantay Lake tour. Yamille promised a $60 refund but never issued it, despite repeated follow-ups. Worse, she did not notify the guide, who came to our hotel door and kept calling. Additional Notes: • The itinerary should be adjusted — placing Rainbow Mountain immediately before Humantay Lake makes two extremely difficult back-to-back days. • Rainbow Mountain is not worth the effort, in our opinion. • Machu Picchu was the highlight and absolutely worth it. Overall: At $810 per person, we expected a seamless and stress-free experience. Unfortunately, poor planning, hotel choices, and especially Yamille’s lack of communication with tour guides and failure to refund left us very disappointed. We cannot recommend this package.

Margarita attended us and it was the best attention, every day we shared our itinerary the next day the contact of our guide, important information as recommendations and always asked us how we felt, one day we hit the height and all day he was watching us and the guides too, I really appreciate all your attention and without hesitation recommend the agency and Margarita.

Booking this tour was such a great idea! We visited all the classic sites in the Cusco area, and didn't have to lift a finger to plan. We had a bit of a mix-up on the first day, where we had to hit the ground running immediately and skip our lunch reservation when the travel agent told us we were leaving 1 hour earlier than expected. However, after that, our agent was very communicative. Each night, she contacted us to ask us about how our day went and to give us the information about the next day. She would send us any transportation and entrance tickets we might need, which were all included in the price of the tour. All the included lunches were great, and the hotels we stayed at were very nice, quiet, and clean. All of our tour guides and drivers were incredibly friendly. One last thing to note is that each day was a different group of people on the tour. Overall, buying this package is definitely worth it.
