They charged me for the phone and when I was going to get on the boat they told me there were no departures that day and they haven't returned my money

Booked this trip and boat did not turn up and waited over an hour and no one answers phone when I rang to find out what had happened - Disgusting service and DO NOT BOOK this trip - SCAMMERS!!!!

On the date of your reservation, New York City was under a state of emergency due to severe snowstorm conditions, which affected many transportation and tourism services in the city. For safety reasons, departures were impacted that day. Our team attempted to contact guests by phone and text message to inform them of the situation. During severe weather events, phone lines can also become very busy as many guests are trying to reach us at the same time. If your booking was affected, our team processed refunds for impacted reservations. We appreciate your understanding as safety must always come first during extreme weather conditions.
It was raining but still a great experience! We enjoyed the skyline views. Perfect way to see Lady Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, The Vessel, Little Island, and more.

Value for money very bad. Unclear indications the address given was ten minutes walk from the real meeting place. boat very old when we were promised a yacht. Music way too loud on board

Trip itself was good - but trip advisor let me buy a 90 minute sunset cruise and i got a phone call from the company saying to be there at 4:00 because the last boat leaves at 4:30 and it was barely a 60 minute trip and definitely not at sunset. So i paid almost double and I’ve been trying to contact the company and no one has returned my calls. So make sure you know what you’re signing up for if you go through this company!
Bad service boat was extremely full did not give tickets had to buy new tickets and the one world trade observatory
It could be a better view the boat ride was not great there were no seats in the boat but its was ok
The tour was as designed but the boat is awful. Do not have rooftop seat. Only 8-10 seat in the front does do not accomodate the guest. Inside has tables and chair like a bar in a closed area. You cant enjoy the fresh air. Bad smell of floor carpet and i orefer do not share the bath situation. Do not book. Do not book
This company is the worst. No communication at all. we missed our tour because I was unable to find the meeting point and unable to receive inf from them. neither received credit or refund .
Great photo op for Lady Liberty, the Brooklyn Bridge and a few other sites. Ship had adult drinks and basic snacks. Negative is the area you wait for the boat has no benches or sun protection which is unfortunate, esp when it's 92 degrees like it was on our day.
