Our American guide made our visit to the sacred valley of the Incas a spectacular day!! He was very kind to us and was explaining the whole tour with his studies at the university of Cusco! Thank you!!!
The trip was excellent. We had a lovely time. Our guide Amadeo was helpful and guided us well. The drivers were prompt.
Excellent service! Milagros was there for us at all times. The transportation coordination was incredible. The guides are very friendly, always taking care of us and explaining the activities in detail, giving the best tips for the tours.
This is our first time visiting Peru (and any Spanish-speaking country). Katy from Chullos Tavel Peru started helping us shortly after we booked the trip. Before the trip she gave us lots of helpful information, and during the trip, she worked hard behind the scenes to coordinate everything like arranging picking up at the train station and buying train/bus tickets in real time for us. We really appreciate how she makes the trip so convenient for us so that we can fully enjoy ourselves without needing to worry about any logistics. And our guide Jimmy is wonderful too. There were a couple of unexpected situations, i.e., our flight to Cusco got delayed for more than 4 hours due to weather conditions and the government changed the rule about how to purchase Machu Picchu tickets. Both times, Jimmy stood with us for hours, even starting from 4am in the morning to ensure we can visit Machu Picchu on that day. Besides, he is so knowledgeable about both the history and culture behind Machu Picchu and every little detail of the city. And he has the most enjoyable personality to explore together. Overall, this trip offered us the very first taste of Peru and is way beyond our expectation. The only regret is 4 days are far from enough to experience everything. We will definitely go again in the future, and hope to work with them then.
