Amazing experience. The time of my life absolutely amazing 5/5
Unfortunately, I was unable to attend this tour because I suffered a severe kidney stone attack and needed urgent medical attention. I informed the driver as soon as I could, but due to the pain I was unable to cancel properly through the platform. Since then, I have been trying to resolve the situation. The tour operator has not replied to me on WhatsApp, and Viator has not provided clear support or guidance on how to request a refund, especially since the booking is marked as completed. I understand cancellation policies, but in cases of genuine medical emergencies, I believe there should be more flexibility and better support for customers.

It was a great tour ✨ There were a lot of concerns about the heat and security, but thanks to the wonderful guides, drivers, and thoughtful schedule, we were able to enjoy it. Khalid was such a nice guide🫶🏼 I think our guide, Kari, always cared about all the participants, was cheerful and made our guide 100 times more fun 🥰

We had an amazing experience on this 3 day Sahara tour. Everything was well organised from start to finish and every stop along the way was worth it and very interesting and also beautiful. The scenery kept getting better and the desert itself was even more incredible than we expected (the camels hurt a little to ride however😆). Our guide Khalid and our driver Rached were amazing! Khalid was friendly and knowledgeable about everything. They were always happy to answer questions and make sure everyone was enjoying themselves. Had a nice time watching the england world cup game him! Rached made us feel safe on the long drives and was always professional and kind. He also picked us up from a separate camp we were staying at. Only negative was that there is no AC in the desert tents and the night was pretty warm😅😅. So don’t expect to get your full 8 hours of sleep!
Trip is good, good program, but the guide was just amazing, he made all out trip an amazing fairytale, he was kind, interesting, funny, very good organasied, helping us with all our questions and problems, Halid is the best guide I’ve seen in my life! Thank you so much, the condition of the car was not the best ( AC is very weak)

The Experience of the whole trip was very nice. Khalid give us a good guiding throughout the journey. We went to the desert and had a camel ride which was fantastic. The travelling part was a bit long but tbh really enjoyed.x
