Il parco nazionale di Ujung Kulon, situato nella provincia di Banten, nell'estremo sud-ovest dell'isola altamente popolata di Giava, ha la migliore e più estesa foresta di pianura rimasta sull'isola. Situato a circa 300 km dalla capitale Jakarta ea 140 km da Serang. Il parco nazionale si estende attraverso la penisola di Ujung kulon, le isole Peucang, Handeuleum e le montagne. I rinoceronti di Giava sono conosciuti come gli animali più grandi di Giava e i secondi animali più grandi in Indonesia dopo gli elefanti asiatici, Rhino ha messo in pericolo la popolazione. Oltre al rinoceronte, il Parco nazionale di Ujung Kulon ospita speciali animali della fauna selvatica che puoi vedere nelle esperienze. Ujung Kulon National Park, uno dei gruppi di isole vulcaniche di Krakatoa a Lampung Sumatera, e il programma del tour a Ujung Kulon è meglio prendere viaggi più lunghi per svolgere alcune attività, possibilità di visitare il trekking nella giungla, canoa sul fiume selvaggio e birdwatching, non solo puoi nuotare, fare snorkeling, spiaggia, crociera al tramonto.

A very unique trip. Yeah, great. Full program so don't go if you want to relax. Up early every day. Not touristy. Vooe parts and disadvantages rainy season: Not too hot. Few to no mosquitoes. No other insects. However, more active and more land inward crocodiles, so canoeing did not take place and only 1 of the 5 snorkeling spots. All clothing became damp or wet and did not dry. Monkeys are bold and can open doors, but that's also a sign that it's really in nature. Clownfish, peacocks, buffalo, monkeys, roe deer, osprey/birds of prey and komodo dragon seen. Definitely recommended.

While we did not see any rhinos, which is nearly impossible as they are probably no more than 70 left on the whole peninsula, we had an amazing time nonetheless. We stayed on Peucang Island in a bamboo hut directly on the beach, saw dozens of deer, long-tail macaques, wild Javan bulls, flying foxes (bats), Varans, all kinds of birds including eagles and hornbills, a few sea turtles, huge cuttlefish and wonderful coral reefs with all the fish that live there. Our guide, Hendi, and the boat crew were amazing and gave us some privacy (we were alone on the boat with the crew so this really is as private as it gets) while also providing explanations, tours though the jungle and some of the best food we had in Indonesia so far! While the tour is quite expensive, absolutely everything (transport from and back to Jakarta, boat with crew, guide, 8 meals, 2 nights, all activities) is included. We really recommend this if you have a few days left when getting to Jakarta!
