The water was too rough for us to do the snorkeling or hooka diving, which is certainly beyond the staff's control; however, they were very unprofessional. The staff/crew were incredibly drunk on the boat. They let several of their friends/non-paying guests board the boat with those of that actually did pay. Those individuals drank the only alcohol that was served, rum and el Presidente beer, so much so that they ran out of both. They also ran out of water. We waited over an hour passed our scheduled reservation time to even get on the boat. Would not recommend.
