I do not recommend this Enterprise in any way. Totally disorganized and instead of helping make the trip more practical and relaxing, it was my main cause of stress. We organized the entire tour to Machu Picchu with them, from the train tickets to the hotel in Aguas Calientes months before the trip. Two days before the tour they sent a message warning the cancellation of this. Speaking with a special agent, we decided to go to Aguas Calientes where we were promised that we would meet with a guide who would make the queue to pick up the city tickets. When we arrived at the village there was no one from the hotel waiting for us, and that was promised. Already in the village we were also informed that the guide would not make the purchase, which would be on our account. We had to stay in line from 4 a.m. to 3 p.m. to get tickets for the next day. Details, the value of the tickets was already in the package that was paid. We spent three days in Aguas Calientes, when initially we were supposed to have only one night in the village and still made more confusion in the train tickets on the return. Finally, the assistant who accompanied us in the process responded to our messages when she understood and then simply stopped not responding. Bad experience and lack of professionalism.

Booked 6 months before. Confirmed the day before by email. Cancelled the same morning of the visit by email. without any information. Don't.

Don’t book this tour! Horrible costumer service: we tried messaging and calling them but they never answered or provided any support. Luckily they have a full refund policy so we cancelled just in time. You stand a much better chance booking this type of tour in cusco for the same price, so do that instead. Also most of their reviews are botted, no idea how tripadvisor lets them get away with this….

The worst experience. They cancelled our tour the day before and now we have no way of going to Machu Picchu. Do not book with them

This company continues to display full calendar availability and accept bookings, despite not actually offering the tour. After booking nearly two weeks in advance, we were informed that the tour was unavailable with the following message: “Good afternoon. Due to holidays in the month of May, the entrance is sold out until July. We no longer have availability.” They have still not refunded the canceled tour, which cost over $500. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially when they may impact a small business’s reputation. However, other providers in Cusco have gone above and beyond to make our journey amazing, while this company (Huaynapicchu) has yet to issue a refund. Viator also bears some responsibility—why are tours available to book when they are clearly not? Am I the only one whose paid tour was canceled?

One thing that was particularly special about Exploor Trip, is that they adjusted to our requests. We planned to go from Ollantaytambo, to Maras, Moray and then to Chinchero. This 2 day walking experience to get to know Machu Picchu was wonderful and was unique, I would repeat this tour with friends

Machu Picchu is fantastic once in a lifetime experience, but for us the it was made so special by the Agencia team. Every detail was meticulously arranged. There were arrangements for hotel pickup,direct us to the train, somebody waiting at the other end to direct from the train station to the bus. As soon as the bus reached the Sanctuary, the guide found us. Special call out to our guide Edwin, who is extremely knowledgeable and importantly understands the fitness levels and paced our walk. Everything was planned perfectly and arrangements were superlative.

It is the second time I come to Peru and it is the second time I choose them. Their guides are very well trained, in addition to being very kind and understanding. Last year I did the Inca trail with Santiago. I take my hat off to this man, with his explanations he made Machu Pichu an almost mystical experience. This year I came with my 80-year-old dad. Clearly the Inca trail was not for him so we decided on the sacred valley and Machu Pichu. This time it was David who knew how to adapt to my dad's limitations and his explanations and tenderness in dealing with my father made the memories we have created beautiful. Many thanks to them, their human warmth and their knowledge.
