Vitto The Portland Spirit
Passeremo sotto l'Hawthorne, costruito nel 1910, è il più antico ponte verticale in funzione in America. In un anno tipico, il traffico giornaliero sul ponte di Hawthorne è in media di 30.000 veicoli e 5.000 ciclisti.
Viaggia sotto il ponte dell'Interstate 5, noto anche come Marquam Bridge. La campata principale del ponte di Marquam è lunga 440 piedi e le due campate laterali sono lunghe ciascuna 301 piedi.
Crociera da OMSI e vedere la USS Blueback, un sottomarino classe barbel nella Marina degli Stati Uniti.
Tilikum Crossing, il ponte più recente di Portland, è stato aperto nel 2015 solo per il traffico a piedi, in bicicletta e con i mezzi pubblici. Il ponte dispone di 178 luci a LED che sono impostate per cambiare colore e velocità in base alla temperatura dell'acqua, alla direzione della marea e alla velocità del fiume.

Passerai sotto il Sellwood Bridge, il ponte più a sud di Portland. Il ponte è il più trafficato attraversamento a due corsie in Oregon, trasportando circa 30.000 veicoli al giorno. Ha sostituito un ponte a due corsie originariamente costruito nel 1925 che è rimasto in piedi per più di 90 anni.

Crociera del Waverley Country Club, uno dei primi golf club dell'ovest, fondato nel 1896. Cinquant'anni prima della costruzione del Waverley Country Club sul sito attuale, la sua storia può essere fatta risalire a Henderson Luelling, conosciuto come il Johnny Appleseed del West. Molti ritengono che la presentazione della giacca verde al Masters sia iniziata a Waverley.
L'isola rappresenta parte di un antico vulcano eruttato circa 40 milioni di anni fa. Crociera sotto il Morrison Bridge, dal nome di un immigrato scozzese, John L. Morrison, che costruì la prima casa in Morrison Street.
Giriamo intorno allo Steel Bridge prima di tornare al molo. Il ponte in acciaio è abbastanza notevole per tutte le sue caratteristiche di design. È l'unico ponte a due piani al mondo con ascensori indipendenti.
Crociera sotto il Burnside Bridge, caratteristico per le sue torri in stile rinascimentale italiano ed è stato reso famoso dal suo architetto Joseph Straus, che è stato anche l'architetto per il famoso Golden Gate Bridge a San Francisco.
Il Burnside Bridge è un ottimo posto per vedere il cartello "Portland Oregon" noto anche come il cartello "White Stag", che passeremo sul lato di babordo della nave.
Crociera in gran parte del Tom McCall Waterfront Park che ha 36 acri di spazio aperto ed è sede di una varietà di eventi durante tutto l'anno.
Il campus del Rose Quarter comprende il Veterans Memorial Coliseum e il Moda Center. Il Moda Center ha una capacità di quasi 20.000 posti a sedere per le partite di basket NBA ed è l'attuale sede dei Portland Trailblazers.
L'Oregon Convention Center è facilmente riconoscibile dall'acqua grazie alle sue due guglie di vetro blu-verde.

It was beautiful, food was ok It was great to see that area by water. It definitely gives the city and area a different perspective
We got to the ship at 7pm and were the last people to board. All the other people were seated and had started their dinners. We were not aware that being early would be a benefit.

For our dinner cruises, boarding begins at 6:30 p.m. with departure at 7:00 p.m., and we encourage guests to arrive during the boarding window. Arriving early allows you to settle in, place your entrée orders and enjoy an appetizer before departure. We appreciate your comments and will continue looking for ways to better communicate the boarding and departure times to our guests. We hope you still enjoyed your time on the river and have the opportunity to cruise with us again.
Great cruise and food. Smooth ride; Photo option prior to boarding. $20 optional photo purchase. The steelhead and cherry -yaki w/ the mashed potatoes was top tier! The French & Espresso Martini drinks were delicious. Great bartender! Brad was our server, friendly and great service energy. Great teamwork in customer service. Views were great with a beautiful sunset. The option to go out to the side of the boats was great! I wish on the inside area they would provide a speaker on the route but the map provided was suitable. The piano experience could be adjusted to maybe a saxophonist or violinist. 10/10 Recommend stop if in the PNW.

The food was wonderful with many options for main course. I had the lamb and my husband had braised boneless ribs. Both were excellent and well prepared. Our waiter Jeff was very informative as well as a great waiter. The sights are very nice and lots of beautiful homes. If you see kids out by the shore be prepared for their version of entertainment! I’ll let you find that out on your own! I would highly recommend and if you have trouble with motion sickness you will be fine.

The dinner cruise had two levels with great views of the sites and many bridges along the river. Each floor had a piano player and plenty of friendly staff to serve food and drinks. We were able to walk around the upper deck outside which was nice. The food & drink variety was good and delicious.

Beautiful evening, great company, reasonably priced, very enjoyable. Food was ok, service was a little rough. It took nearly 45 minutes from the time we sat down for my girlfriend to get a cocktail, I even tried to go to bar and order, he took my order, left me standing there waiting for a few minutes, then told me he was too busy and to order from my server (whom after 30 minutes) we hadn’t met yet). I noticed quite a few other patrons looking around wondering if someone was taking care of them. It wasn’t an ordeal with us as we are very patient and enjoyed each others company, but I would suggest the server staff to acknowledge the guests in a timely manner and get those drink orders right away. Thats money right? We’d definitely do it again, spending time with each other on the river on a gorgeous night was definitely memorable!

All the crew and staff were helpful and friendly. Lacey was our server, and made the excursion exceptional. She was quick to meet our needs, she was cheerful and outgoing and knowledgeable. More excursions need employees like her. She was thorough ensuring that we had every thing we needed to make the excursion a once in a lifetime event. She also helped with dietary questions and issues.my wife has mobility challenges and I was going to push her up the ramp in a wheelchair, but the captain stepped in with a electric wheelchair mover, that moved her up the ramp (at low tide) easily.
