Alle 09:00 la guida privata e l'autista ti verranno a prendere al tuo hotel e ti accompagneranno nell'area panoramica di Wulingyuan, dove si trova il Parco nazionale di Zhangjiajie, per visitare due delle sue attrazioni più classiche e popolari.
Prendi la funivia fino al monte Tianzi per ammirare una distesa di vette che spiccano maestose. Mentre percorri le scale a piedi, ammira da varie angolazioni le viste spettacolari che si susseguono di fronte a te.
Nel pomeriggio, prendi la navetta pubblica per raggiungere l'area panoramica di Yuanjiajie, le cui montagne si dica abbiano ispirato la montagna Hallelujah di Avatar. Grazie alla sua fama, questa è l'area più visitata della zona. Dopo circa 1 ora di camminata lungo i sentieri turistici, prendi la navetta per scendere dalla montagna a bordo della funivia. Il tour si concluderà intorno alle ore 17:00 e sarai riaccompagnato nel tuo hotel nel centro di Zhangjiajie. È disponibile anche un trasferimento alla stazione ferroviaria per la tua partenza.
Esiste anche un'altra opzione per scendere dalla montagna: l'ascensore di Bailong. Questo ascensore di vetro è stato costruito lungo una parete rocciosa ed è l'ascensore di questo genere più alto al mondo. Il viaggio in ascensore dura solo 2 minuti, ma negli orari di maggiore affluenza potrebbe essere necessario attendere in fila per una o due ore per prenderlo. Se desideri prendere l'ascensore, avvisa la guida in anticipo: ti aiuterà a organizzare lo spostamento in anticipo per evitare lunghe code di attesa.

Horrible service both operationally and customer support. Driver didn’t show up at pick up location even though our train arrived on time. He eventually arrived 30 minutes late. No reason given and Viator refused refund or compensation.

We had the most amazing day in Zhangjiajie. Our guide, Nora, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She took us through the incredible Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, including the famous “Avatar” mountains, and her knowledge of the area was outstanding. What really made the day special was how she went beyond the typical tourist spots. We explored so many places and viewpoints that we would never have discovered on our own. Nora was friendly, professional, and made everything easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend booking with Nora if you’re visiting Zhangjiajie—it truly made our experience unforgettable.

The itinerary was excellent covering all the major aattractions. Lunch was better than most of those included in tours, full menu, nice ambience. But best of all was our guide May who spoke excellent english, understood all of our questions, and took an interest in our enjoyment . Her pace was just right. She was the best guide we have had in china.

The mountains are breathtaking and a must see. The park is huge with 4 separate regions, various shuttle buses, cable cars, and numerous large tour groups. If traveling independently from abroad, a tour guide is a must. Our tour guide Anna was amazing. She made the visit move along seamlessly and enriched the whole experience with information about the region’s history, culture, and geography. She took us to some “secret spots” with few tourists (which is extremely rare) and amazing views. I traveled with two energetic boys and zoomed through the planned itinerary. Anna was extra generous and took us to a bonus spot in the valley for a walk along a stream. If possible, try to request her!!

It was great experience in over all . The place is awesome must see this nature wonder .. it was very well arranged by the tour company . The pick up was on time planned very well our tour guide was very good . I owe Linda big thank you she did her job excellent & she guided me very well saw to it we don’t get stuck in crowd . Everything you would want it to be and more! I knew nothing about Zhangjiajie, except that my daughter had learned about it in high school and wanted to go. So I booked this excursion blindly and it was fabulous! Wendy was our tour guide and she went above and beyond to make our day great. From hotel pickup to history, and culture of the National park she was right on point. The mountains were beautiful, the cable car was fun, and we had a great day. Wendy took the time to show us some sites that were off the beaten path and was so very patient with all of the pictures we took. She even recommended some things for our next day that was an amazing day as well. Hint: We went at the end of August and had no lines or crowds. We were told the weeks before were crazy crowded.
