Itinerario
Inizia con il ritiro alle 7:00 a Nairobi, quindi viaggia verso il Lago Naivasha e il Parco nazionale di Hell's Gate, con una pausa per ammirare la vista della Great Rift Valley da un punto panoramico lungo il percorso. All'arrivo nel parco verso le 9:00, inizia un tour guidato in bici/a piedi di 2 ore: osserva le bellissime formazioni rocciose, le mandrie di gazzelle di Thompson, antilopi antilopi, zebre, giraffe, facoceri e alcelafi mentre pedali. Tieni d'occhio il cielo durante il tour, poiché il Parco nazionale di Hell's Gate ospita più di 100 specie di uccelli, tra cui le aquile di Verreaux, le poiane augurali, gli avvoltoi e i rondoni. Prosegui a piedi nelle caratteristiche gole del parco, dove stretti passaggi e grotte sono scavati nella roccia sedimentaria. Dopo una passeggiata di 1 ora, parti per il lago Naivasha, quindi dirigiti al campo di Naivasha Marina per il pranzo (a proprie spese). Nota: se non puoi andare in bicicletta, puoi visitare il parco con il veicolo, l'autista/guida sarà felice di fermarsi per scattare foto di animali selvatici e paesaggi senza costi aggiuntivi
Pagando un supplemento, potrete esplorare la fauna selvatica del Lago Naivasha con un tour opzionale in barca a motore di 1 ora. Avvista gli ippopotami che indugiano appena sulla superficie dell'acqua e osserva alcuni degli uccelli più diversi; aquile pesci africane, fenicotteri minori, becco a cucchiaio africano e svasso sono tutti comuni qui. Il giro in barca arriva fino alle coste dell'isola della mezzaluna (una parte del film OUT OF AFRICA è stata girata qui) Alle 16:00, inizia il viaggio di ritorno a Nairobi e termina la giornata con il drop-off a Nairobi alle 18:00 circa.

We had an amazing day at Hell’s Gate National Park and Lake Naivasha with David and Javan! They were a great team—super friendly, funny, and always making sure everyone was having a good time. They were very knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted, and were incredibly helpful throughout the whole trip. The bike ride through Hell’s Gate and the boat safari on the lake were both fantastic experiences, made even better by their great energy and sense of humor. What a great Day! Exhausting, but worth it. Pick up and drop off by Stephen were as easy as could be considering Nairobi traffic! We went to Hell's Gate and biked around towards the gorge and back. 3 hours with our excellent guide Gomez - informative and chatty - it was a real pleasure to get to know him and his wisdom in Hell's Gate - the Rock Hyrax was a highlight (oh and the zebras). We then went to Naivasha, a boat ride on the lake, a relaxing way to see the amazing birdlife of Nairvasha (oh and the Hippos)! I can highly recommend this trip for the price and what you see when you go - a tip, pack some travel snacks, and the sun is hot in Hell's gate - we forgot our sun cream. A hat wouldn't go amiss. Thanks to the driver/tour guide - I will be back! Simon

Stephen was the best driver!!! He was so kind and punctual, I truly appreciated his hospitality. In the park, Gomez was extremely knowledgeable and fun to chat with while we biked. He also helped make sure we did not fall during the hike through the gorge and took the best pictures of my friend and I! Thank you both!!!!

We had a great day at Hell's Gate National Park! David was a great driver and organized our day seamlessly - we went to the park, on a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, and out for lunch.
