The mountain scenery is absolutely spectacular, but sudden fog can easily ruin sightseeing plans. Anna gave us practical weather tips in advance and adjusted our route flexibly when mist rolled in. She shared profound stories about local culture, recommended authentic local Hunan snacks, and always found the quietest, best photo spots. Her sincere, caring service far exceeded our expectations. I casually mentioned preferring light fruity cocktails, and the custom drink perfectly matched my taste. The staff strike the perfect balance of service, refilling drinks and clearing tables promptly without intrusion. The soothing jazz music never overwhelms conversation. It’s ideal for a relaxing night chatting with friends. They have an extensive collection of whiskies, making this spot well worth revisiting.

Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area deserves at least two full days for sightseeing, featuring stunning unique stone peaks and breathtaking natural views. The weather in the mountains changes rapidly; thick fog rolled in early on our visit, blocking the view at many observation decks. The highlight of our whole trip was our tour guide Xiaowen. Young, thoughtful and highly professional, she gave elaborate introductions about the mountain’s geological formation and shared local folk customs and daily life stories with great patience. She offered reliable advice on sightseeing routes and authentic local snacks. I highly recommend booking this tour and asking for Xiaowen!
