Description
Préparez-vous pour une excursion extraordinaire dans le monde des vins biologiques : vous visiterez l'un des plus anciens domaines bio avec un membre de la famille Tili, qui vous dira tout sur le processus de fabrication d'un fantastique vin bio. Ensuite, vous pourrez déguster les produits de la ferme pendant une séance de dégustation guidée où vous pourrez goûter 5 vins biologiques différents d'Assise DOC et d'Ombrie IGT. Les vins seront accompagnés de bruschettas chaudes avec huile d'olive extra-vierge bio, une sélection de fromages et de charcuteries et des biscottis avec du vin doux. À la fin, vous recevrez une certification d'apprenti vigneron ! Nous offrons un service de prise en charge sur demande pour un prix fixe depuis le centre-ville d'Assise ou Spello, ou à la gare ferroviaire d'Assise.

les voyages profiteront d'une visite guidée de la cave avec suite à une dégustation de 5 vins bio accompagnés de bruschette, une sélection de charcuterie et fromages et de tozzettis "ombrian biscotti". Pour les enfants, nous proposons également des boissons gazeuses et/ou des jus et frites.

We very much enjoyed our time at the family winery. We got from their cook book and tried a few of the recipes and they were amazing!
Great experience! This small, family-run vineyard has been operating for centuries and is amazing. We enjoyed the wines and appetizers so much. Our guide, Julia, was very knowledgeable about each wine and the winemaking process. We would highly recommend this tour and tasting!
We arrived at a fantastic beautiful place, all the way between the vines. We were taken care of by Maria who provided us with a very cozy private tasting with delicious homemade snacks. Annalaura later took over because another group also came in. We have tasted and bought delicious Wines, Olive Oil and Balsamic. We are Fan!!! Thanks, ladies.
We had a wonderful time at the “Winemaker for a Day” experience. It was just the two of us, which made it feel very personal and relaxed. The lady who guided us was fantastic—she explained everything in a simple and engaging way and patiently answered all our questions. We also loved the food, especially the spreads! The wine tasting was excellent, and we ended up buying both a bottle of wine and several bottles of their delicious olive oil. A lovely experience that we would highly recommend.
This tour was even better than anticipated! So informative , great wine and appetizers. The view from the vineyard is spectacular as well.

Annalaura and Maria were amazing. We learned about the history of the winery and how each wine was hand crafted. Wine was delicious and the snacks were perfectly paired.
We had a truly unforgettable experience in Assisi in this Umbrian winery. The tour of the winery was extremely interesting: they explained with passion and clarity all the phases of organic wine production transmitting the love and care they dedicate to their work. The tasting was a journey into the flavors and aromas of Umbria: excellent and well-balanced wines accompanied by high-quality local products. A really pleasant experience that we recommend to everyone.

Beautiful winery near Assisi, they arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the hotel which was very convenient. Julia was our knowledgeable tour guide, I really enjoyed learning about the organic wine production.
