La mine de sel de Wieliczka est l'un des monuments polonais les plus précieux et les plus fascinants. Le premier sentier touristique de Wieliczka a été créé dès le début du 19e siècle. Quelques siècles plus tard, la mine de sel a été désignée comme l'un des premiers sites du patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO (1978). La chapelle Sainte-Kinga est un sanctuaire souterrain à couper le souffle entièrement taillé dans le sel, situé au cœur de la mine de sel historique de Wieliczka. Dédié à sainte Kinga, cet espace extraordinaire présente des sculptures complexes en sel, des lustres en cristal et des reliefs détaillés représentant des scènes bibliques. À la fois lieu de culte et chef-d'œuvre d'artisanat, la chapelle est considérée comme l'un des points forts les plus remarquables de la mine et un symbole du patrimoine minier séculaire.

I got a text saying to meet outside of a hotel kiss n ride at 08:00. I waited there from 07:50-08:10. I then walked to the bus station platform G5 as instructed at the guide. I waited there from 8:35-8:55. I looked forward to this my whole trip and it’s extremely rude and unprofessional.
Pick up was at hotel and she was on time. Tour guide/ bus driver was a nice young lady but not what I would have described as a tour guide. No need to book a lunch. Waste of time and money. It's also not clear from the description on the tour that the tickets into the salt mines aren't included. So be very aware of this Whilst we thoroughly enjoyed the salt mines, they are impressive. Well worth the trip.

Wonderful experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the experience better. You need to pace yourself because you’ll travel down three levels in about to two hours. I don’t recommend this activity if you’re claustrophobic. You’ll travel through some tight spaces. But all in all a wonderful experience.

Overpriced Shuttle & Misleading Info – Do Not Book! ⭐☆☆☆☆Do not book this tour. They charged us full price for two seniors, completely ignoring the cheaper senior rate. To make matters worse, our tour guide actively misled us. They claimed that buying tickets directly at the site would cost 30% more. This is completely false. We checked the official ticket office at the salt mine: the prices were exactly the same, and senior discounts were readily available. This company does not provide an actual tour. They are just an overpriced shuttle service that drops you off at the salt cave. You can easily take an Uber from Krakow for about 50 PLN and save hundreds of local currency. Save your money, buy your own tickets, and avoid this rip-off.

Well worth your time to visit but would do it as a stand alone day not coupled with Auschwitz Guide was very good

Really good experience in the Salt mine but not this operator ! Was NOT clear that we had to pay for entry tickets separately. Was NOT told we would exit in a different place and would have to find our own way back to the coach.

Really good experience- very touristy though! Admission is a bit expensive and you do tend to do the tourist line shuffle. The carvings are wonderful.
