Great crew. We were able to see plenty of wildlife and learn about the local history.
Agnes provided lots of information about the history of the area, the Gullah people. Many facts about alligators and the different types of birds . Proud family business!
Our family really enjoyed this tour. It was very comfortable, educational and enjoyable. The CAPTAIN & MISS AGNES were super nice and entertaining. Thanks for a great experience.
Very detailed information shared. Agnes was both knowledgeable and humorous. Love how it was on a covered boat so we didn’t overheat.
Great experience. Agnus made sure she let us know everything that we needed to know while on the ride. They are a great family company and I would highly recommend this ride to others !
This river tour was an engaging and informative ecosystem tour. We learned about the history of the Intercoastal Waterway, the network of rivers and streams, osprey and other birds as well as the trees and history. Great intro to the waterways of SC for Yankees. The guide was very engaging.
Great tour with a knowledgeable guide who really knew the area’s geography and history. We saw alligators, turtles and ospreys and enjoyed the views along the water. Well done. Very family friendly.
My husband & I did the Waccamaw River Nature & Wildlife tour on August 13, 2026 and we had a great time. It was the second time we've done the tour and was even better this time. The guide was very knowledgeable about the river, the area, history and environment, and he obviously loves the birds & wildlife. We saw a few turtles, an egret, and ospreys & their nests. Because it was high tide, we didn't see any alligators. Great tour & visit!
I appreciated how punctual they were with everything. The guide was very knowledgeable and I could see his passion for nature. He did not seem bored with the information, he was very excited about it, which made the whole thing worth it. If you want something in Myrtle Beach that is not a 'beachy' activity, this is well worth your time, you will not be disappointed.
This is a great trip for children 5 and older who can sit for 1 & 1/2 hours. I really enjoyed the guide and the information he was sharing. It should be a must see for all visitors to Myrtle Beach. I get to check off a bucket list item - ride on the inter coastal waterway. What I didn’t enjoy was the 2 year old behind me pushing toys into my back, knocking the life jackets into our legs and screeching when he didn’t get his way into my hearing aids.
