Commencez votre visite par un transport rapide et climatisé depuis votre hôtel. Rendez-vous à notre marina, où après l'enregistrement, vous recevrez toutes les consignes de sécurité. Avant l'embarquement, un gilet de sauvetage vous sera fourni. Une fois prêt, vous embarquerez à bord de notre bateau-taxi qui vous mènera sain et sauf au bateau principal. Après un court briefing, vous serez équipé d'un harnais et vous êtes prêt à partir! Le bateau fera 3 miles une fois que vous volez dans le ciel, cela fait environ 10 minutes. La vue sur la bouche et la sensation de liberté est le meilleur de notre visite. Un "splash" d'eau est facultatif avant d'atterrir à nouveau sur le bateau. Une fois terminé, le bateau-taxi vous conduira à nouveau sur le continent. Enfin, un dépôt à l'hôtel est proposé.

The experience was good, but the boat could sail even further, so that the experience lasted longer in total, as it ended up being expensive for the time it lasted. The transfer from the hotel worked very well.
We had a great experience, it was so peaceful and calm high above the water. Very romantic to share with my beautiful bride. Pinky was especially helpful and walked us to a restaurant after while we waited for our ride back to the hotel.
Super fun! It was beautiful & we felt safe. The people were very kind and accommodating! We would definitely recommend this activity.
The people were great. The weather was not good so the decision was made to cancel or reschedule. We cancelled and received a full refund since time didn't allow for us to reschedule. Thank you all for practicing safety first. We look forward to booking with you next time.

From the airline to the hotel, they take advantage of the customer, poor quality services, excessive charges, and the locals take advantage of everything.

ONE OF THE BEST BIRTHDAY PRESENTS I TREATED MYSELF TO!!! I spent my birthday vacation in Cancun and wanted to do something special the morning of my actual birthday. So, PARASAILING it was!!! And I'm so glad I did. The driver met me outside of my hotel lobby and transported me there. The ride was smooth, and he stopped to pick up a small family along the way. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a member of the staff and checked in. Signed the necessary paperwork, selected the option of getting a video of my excursion, and I was on my way. There is also a MANDATORY dock fee of $15 that has to be paid prior to the excursion! The attendant explained the process, fitted me with a life preserver jacket, hooked me up to the balloon, instructed me how to keep myself positioned while in the air and how to sit before waiting to be airborne and voila! I was in the air looking at the most wonderful scenery. The beautiful ocean water, the clear sky. It was amazing. Not once did I feel afraid or unsafe. And I am afraid of heights! The time of being in the air was about 10 minutes. This may seem like a short amount of time, but it was perfect for me. The harness that you're sitting on isn't necessarily comfortable and that timeframe was fine with me. I would assume that after 10 minutes; everything still looks the same! The video came out beautifully and there was not only visual but audio footage. And I was given a few pictures as a courtesy! Overall experience: A+
HAD A GREAT TIME!! our guides were funny and amazing they made sure we were comfortable and were all having a good time.
I would like to start off by saying, the “transportation” to and from the boat for parasailing is UNSAFE. They will put you 3 on a jet ski (you, your significant other, and the driver). That is unsafe when you are above the jet ski weight limit. If this issue can be eliminated, the parasailing experience is good. Ultimately, the jet ski issue caused an accident and ruined my experience.

This excursion was so fun! I'm afraid iofheights and it was amazing to be that high over water! Pinky took very great care of his people!!
They are liars, they tell you 30 min ride in the air but once up they lower you to 7 min, 0% recommended, Dismal Service, misleading advertising, they just seek to take money from you lying, the Service is very expensive, I do not recommend it is a dishonest Enterprise
