4h20 - 4h50 - Prise en charge dans certains hôtels ou Airbnb de Mexico. De là, nous nous dirigerons vers l'aéroport de ballons de Teotihuacan pour commencer cette expérience incroyable. L’heure exacte de prise en charge sera confirmée la veille et peut varier en fonction des conditions météorologiques et de la logistique opérationnelle.
5h45 - Arrivée à l'aérodrome de montgolfières. Notre équipe vous accueillera avec du café, du thé et des biscuits pendant que vous observez la préparation des ballons avant le décollage. 6h10 Début du vol en montgolfière. Vivez une expérience unique de 30 à 50 minutes, atteignant une altitude de 3 048 mètres (10 000 pieds) et admirant des vues panoramiques à couper le souffle sur Teotihuacan au lever du soleil. 7h30 Après l'atterrissage, vous participerez à la cérémonie de vol traditionnelle, qui comprend un toast avec le pilote et la remise de votre certificat de vol commémoratif.

9h00 Plongez au cœur de la culture ancestrale de Teotihuacan grâce à une visite guidée d'un atelier traditionnel d'obsidienne et de maguey. Vous découvrirez l'importance des pierres volcaniques utilisées par les anciens habitants de Teotihuacan dans leur vie quotidienne, leur commerce et leurs rituels. Guidés par des experts locaux, vous découvrirez ces techniques ancestrales et leur héritage culturel. 10h00 - Vous disposerez d'une heure de temps libre pour explorer à votre rythme la zone archéologique de Teotihuacan, ses impressionnantes pyramides du Soleil et de la Lune et ses sites historiques. Important : L'entrée à la zone archéologique n'est pas incluse et coûte environ 10 USD (ou 210 MXN) par personne.
11h00 Je retourne à Mexico. Nous vous déposerons au même endroit où nous vous avons pris en charge au début de l'expérience. Important : - Tous les horaires sont approximatifs et peuvent varier en fonction des conditions météorologiques et de la logistique du jour. Les vols en ballon sont entièrement dépendants des conditions météorologiques ; il n'est pas possible de garantir un survol exact de la zone archéologique, bien que dans 95 % des cas, il soit possible de survoler Teotihuacan ou de s'en approcher très près. - Le restaurant La Gruta est un restaurant unique situé à l'intérieur d'un tunnel volcanique naturel dans un volcan inactif, ce qui en fait une expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle. En raison de la forte demande et des horaires spécifiques, il peut y avoir des temps d'attente pour accéder au service. - Il s'agit d'une visite complète et toutes les activités doivent être effectuées. Si un voyageur décide de partir avant la dernière étape, le retour à Mexico devra être à ses propres frais.

The hot air balloon experience was incredible, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Our pilot was very knowledgeable and made sure the flight and landing were both smooth and enjoyable. Breakfast at La Gruta was also a unique experience. Dining inside the cave was beautiful, and both the atmosphere and food were excellent. The only downside was the itinerary after breakfast. We were taken to an artisan shop that felt more like a tourist trap and ended up wasting about 30–45 minutes there. Afterward, we were rushed to the Teotihuacán pyramids and given only about 45 minutes to explore, which was nowhere near enough time to fully enjoy the site. I would highly recommend booking these experiences separately rather than as a package. By doing so, you’ll have the flexibility to spend as much time as you’d like at each location and avoid the unnecessary stop at the artisan shop. The balloon ride and La Gruta were amazing, but the packaged itinerary made the overall experience feel rushed. BOOK OTHERWISE

My experience was good, the guide Derek who picked us up was very kind, only they were not punctual for the pickup at our hotel due to third-party issues that canceled and delayed the trip, the balloon experience was fantastic, everything super cool, and at the pyramids they should give more time to visit them, maybe an hour and a half to walk around calmly, overall everything was good!!!!

From the moment he picked us up, we knew we were in good hands. He was incredibly kind, professional, and thoughtful throughout the entire day. He always made sure we were comfortable and safe, helped us take beautiful photos, prepared hats for us when we visited the pyramids under the hot sun, and was flexible with our schedule whenever we needed it. His driving was smooth and safe, and his genuine care made this experience even more special. The tour itself was outstanding. Watching the sunrise from a hot air balloon over the ancient pyramids of Teotihuacan was breathtaking. Every part of the day was thoughtfully planned and very well organized. The balloon crew was friendly, professional, and made us feel relaxed from beginning to end. The quality of the entire experience far exceeded our expectations and was worth every penny. The only small disappointment was the lunch at the cave restaurant. The atmosphere and service were wonderful, but the food wasn’t quite to my taste. It wasn’t served very warm, and even the cold drinks were not very cold. This is simply my personal preference and did not take away from an otherwise amazing day. Overall, this was a truly priceless experience that I will never forget. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Mexico, and I especially hope they have the chance to meet Luis. Thank you for giving us such wonderful memories. I hope to come back again someday.

Very curtious staff and helpful, Angel, Derek and Luis were all very kind. I recommend if you are going to eat at the cave to let them know if you are going to be a little after you eat if you want to get some drinks. They will accomodiate you and also the pyramids are only a few minutes walk if you decide to joint them later plus you can take your drinks with you. there is an hour and a half or so that you are able to enjoy at the pyramids

Do not hesitate, book this experience if you are planning on visiting la cuidad de Mexico! I promise you will not regret it. The team works so hard to make you feel welcomed, excited and genuine sweet good people. From the start at 4:30am pick up, we had the best experience. We chitchatted with our driver Danea about what else we wanted to do in the city. She gave us the best recommendations and even dropped us off at la Basilca on our way back.
