Very slick process for picking us up and dropping us back. Exceptional tour. Ours was in English, but Spanish is also available. The information added from having a guide really brought Teotihuacan to life. Hats off to Ivan, Laura and Marco. Would definitely go again.

They catered to us and let us go on a Spanish speaking tour. The tour guide was very good.
I don’t recommend this tour. The price was fine, and the bus was okay. However, two main problems keep me from offering a positive review. (1). The timing offered in the descriptio. Was misleading. Rather than 5.5 hours, our tour lasted 7 hours (not because of traffic). This caused us to miss our next scheduled activity. Multiple pickup and drop spots contributed to this. (2h Our guide, Sergio, was not good. He didn’t make much effort to engage with participants, his information felt overly-scripted and was brief. He had difficulty answering questions. We received almost no information about the Quetzalcoatl pyramid—the most important one. A guide should add value; ours did not. I’ve had much better tours at this site. I found myself feeling rather envious of people in other tour groups when I overheard the deeper explanations they were given.
Fantastic experience with our guide host Cristian, really enjoyed the morning and great value for money.
