It was a once in a lifetime experience but it was too short. Only an hour but still worth it. The guide and the driver from Ortega travel was good. Very knowledgeable and entertaining. Answers all questions that our group would ask them. I would highly recommend them.
Great! both the guide and the driver, with excellent attention and at all times safeguarding the safety of the passengers, desire fulfilled, you had my doubts ,about traveling on tour, it was the best decision, super recommend them to all nationals and foreigners if they want to know the city
It was a great experience . Frida was our tour guide and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was always looking for ways to please us , giving us information and make our time on the trafic more enjoyable . I will recommend this tour to a friend . Thank you Frida and your team for a wonderful day .
Tour guide was great. Itinerary was good. The only drawback was the long traffic jam but it is common in Mexico City. Bring lots of patience for this tour.
Excellent experience Fernando our guide and Jose Manuel our driver did a great job and helped in every way possible to make our adventure great.
Excellent experience Fernando was very dedicated, explained everything in detail very good guide and Julia as driver
We have done many tours on vacation and unfortunately this was the worst tour our family has been on. Cons: 1. One of the spots (in the complete wrong direction of Xochimilco) of the tour was to visit a jewerly store! This wasted about 2 hours of time (getting there and time in the store). Other than the fact this artist designed the main necklace in "The Titanic" there was no reason to go here. Complete waste of time. 2. When the tour stopped at any of the spots, there was no clear direction given by the guide on how long we were stopping or what time people needed to be back on the van. So we spent ALOT of time waiting for the straggles to return. 3. We got to Xochimilco around 1:00 and had about an hour on the boat in the canal. It was max capacity on the canal and we only went about half a mile, docked next to a cooking boat, had a very mediocre lunch on the boat, turned around and came back. I've heard Xochimilco has alot of history - we didn't get much of any explanation on the history/cultural significance of the place. It was a complete tourist trap. Apparently the local kids all use it to bring booze, rent a boat for an hour, and have a party. 4. The tour was conducted in both Spanish and English. Have the guide have to explain everything twice meant he didn't really have time to go into depth of any specific place or answer questions in the moment. While guide was friendly, his english was not as great as I would have expected for a tour guide. Overally I can't recommend this tour. I would also not recommend going to Xochimilco on the weekend. It might be worth going if you go during the week and very early in the morning. Forget about it after mid-morning.
Chris was a great tour guide and made the day pleasant. We were with mostly families that spoke Spanish, and we were the only English speaking family. Chris split his time equally between us. It was a lovely tour and provided an easy time for my mother who is older and had some trouble doing a lot of walking
Very nice everything, Alejandro and Fernando behaved up to it, very attentive and knowledgeable of everything. Super punctual and friendly. The beautiful places, lovely experience.
Very quiet place, very knowledgeable guide of the place. I give us all the information we require during navigation
