Visite Queerstory de Montréal

Description

Tom, the tour guide is brilliant. Wonderful story telling of queer history and a provocative way to see Montreal.
The personal stories were filled with meaningful emotions. Thom was very personable and made everyone feel welcomed. I will do this tour, again, on my next visit to Montreal.
That was spectacular! It's clearly a passion project of the guide. The quality and love he's poured into the project show. It really helps you see and feel the history of the city as well as how it impacts LGBTQ rights nationally and internationally.
This was a profound walking tour of LGBTQIA2+ history in Montreal. Thom did a great job including stories of people from different queer communities (gay men, lesbians, the trans community, and Two-Spirit). I learned about a queer history in Montreal that I don't think I would have learned any other way. Thank you Thom!
It was great to learn about the queer history of the place we were visiting with not only a local guide, but also several primary sources. Considering and comparing the history of struggle in Montreal was interesting and had me and my partner talking about it for days after. If you're at all interested in queer history, you should book this tour!
I’ve made the Queerstery Tour with Thom and I had an amazing time. It is mesmerizing how much knowledge he has. He got us back in time and made us realize not to take anything for granted. Is a must do for ALL AUDIENCES… not only for queer people. It helps us understand the local queer community, but it also sheds light on how Montreal was shaped to be what it is today. Thank you Thom for sharing all your knowledge with us! ❤️
Thank you so much. Montreal really is a special place and so much history and passion and LOVE comes from the queer communities. Thank you for joining along for the ride :)
Excellent storytelling, well thought out and emotionally compelling. Well paced walk with well timed rest stops. We had excellent company on our tour and wish we had exchanged numbers to connect-wish you all well! I’m impressed and intrigued with the Québécois way of calling out equality and equity issues and demanding responsive action.
I want to thank you for being there and for leaving such a lovely review! This means a lot. So glad you enjoyed it!!
The tour is super interesting and Tom, our guide, is wonderful, he always answers your questions and always has something more to offer
Gracias! Thank you for joining along :)
These was a great tour and highly recommend this. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and new there stuff. This queer walking tour is a must.
Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed the tour as much as I enjoyed having you there.
I've been to different walking tours in different countries and this was the best one for me so far. Thom was very knowledgeable, friendly and best of all, passionate about the stories he told of Montréal's queer history. I genuinely laughed and cried throughout the entire tour. Definitely an emotional roller coaster that I would highly recommend.
Thank you Ashley for this great review! It is honestly a great pleasure for me to share these stories with people, so thank you for joining along!
