Carlos was a fabulous guide, knowledgeable, and passionate about the areas we visited. His vehicle was very comfortable for our family. Would totally recommend touring with him.
Excellent experience! We loved this tour. It was highly customizable and we were able to go and do only what we wanted to in the moment. Our guide, Ginar, was very knowledgeable about the history, vegetation, and current affairs of the region. He gave us excellent recommendations and steered us clear of the “traps” where there were lengthy waits for little reward. We had a truly wonderful day. I cannot recommend this tour more!
Gennadiy Kopiyko was the absolute best guide! He was very informative, knowledgeable, and a joy to be around. I brought my whole family on this tour and he took into account ages and actually got to know us as individuals. We enjoyed this experience so much. We would love to do all our tours with Genna! Secondly we are working for this type of situation not happen again. For some reason i didn't receive the notification for your tour, by the time i received your messages it was to late already, I proposed to change the date of the tour but i didn't receive any answer from you. Vinny went above and beyond to make this a wonderful day for us. We saw things we would never have noticed had we tried to tour on our own. He tailored the experience to our interests. We had a marvelous Portuguese lunch. From mountaintop to toes in the Atlantic, it was a beautiful day…
Our tour guide Gennedy was really great, but the tour company’s compact convertible was ridiculously uncomfortable and extremely difficult to get in and out of, after this trip my husband had a horrible backache. The tour itself was excellent but impossible to accomplish in just four hours.
Hello, I'm sorry that the tour has ended like this for you. As written in the tour description the tour is not recommended for people with back problems. In this case, a convertible vehicle was used, which prioritizes the customer's view. You could have chosen our most comfortable vehicle, which is the executive class vehicle, and then it would have all the comfort. The fact that it was only 4 hours was a selection you made that is recommended just for sightseeing, our guide did more than 4 hours and we didn't charge anything else.
