Situé à 38º 47' de latitude nord et 9º 30' de longitude ouest, Cabo da Roca est une coordonnée importante pour ceux qui naviguent le long de la côte, étant le point le plus occidental de l'Europe continentale, un fait prouvé par le certificat que les visiteurs prennent comme souvenir. À environ 150 mètres de la mer, vous pouvez avoir ici une vue complète de la Serra de Sintra et de la côte, ce qui en vaut la peine. Our guide Bruno was very knowledgeable, professional and fun. Small group of 6. Comfortable van. Adjusted itinerary to accommodate busy attractions so we could see the palace when lineups were not too bad. Tour covers all the highlights and plenty free time for lunch and shopping. Good level of fitness required for walking hills, stairs and navigating some uneven terrain.
I am disappointed the tour guide didn’t show up and I left and didn’t get my refund for the trip . Unacceptable
We had such a wonderful experience with Sofia on our private tour! From beginning to end, she made the entire day feel easy, comfortable, and completely tailored to us. We started the morning with a guided visit through Pena Palace, where Sofia shared so much of the history and context behind what we were seeing. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience much more meaningful than simply walking through the palace on our own. Afterward, she gave us plenty of time to explore the center of Sintra and enjoy lunch without ever making the day feel rushed. From there, she drove us to Cabo da Roca, which had some of the most incredible views of our entire trip, and then along the coast to Cascais. She gave us about an hour there to wander, shop, explore the town, and grab an ice cream before meeting back up with her. Throughout the entire drive, she continued sharing interesting history and information about the different areas we passed, which we really appreciated. Sofia was also incredibly friendly, punctual, and reliable. Her car was spotless and comfortable, she was always exactly where she said she would be for pickups, and anytime we needed her while exploring on our own, she was easily reachable by text. As two women traveling, we also felt completely safe and comfortable with her throughout the entire day, which meant a lot to us. What we loved most was having the flexibility and personal attention of a private tour while still getting the knowledge and insight of a great local guide. Sofia is just beginning her own tour business, but you would never know it from the experience. Everything was organized, professional, and seamless. We would absolutely recommend booking with her if you’re visiting the Lisbon/Sintra area. She gave us one of our favorite days of the trip!
Sofia was an absolutely wonderful driver and guide! She made our trip through Cascais, Sintra, Cabo da Roca and Pena Palace relaxed, fun and unforgettable. A fantastic guide with a great sense of humour. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to show us around Portugal. Highly recommended!
The owner Ricardo is unprofessional and TripAdvisor/Viator were ridiculous. I got food poisoning the night before the trip and sent a message through the app be to their WhatsApp contact that no one responded to. When I called Viator customer service they said I should have still shown up while I was sick and threw up during the car ride anyway so I could get an exemption.
Ricardo is a great guide with a lot of local knowledge. He reversed our itinerary when he saw how crowded the palace would be that morning and had local recommendations for each stop
