Cachés entre les montagnes, avec Bucegi d'un côté et les montagnes Piatra Craiului de l'autre, ces villages se déroulent dans un rythme lent et éternel, qui vous inspire la paix et vous emmène dans un beau passé. Partout où vous regardez, vous vous retrouverez dans un rêve, les villages de Magura et de Pestera étant deux des plus belles colonies du pays. Ici vous trouverez les maisons traditionnelles intemporelles et cette vie patriarcale décrite dans la culture locale. Vous découvrirez un équilibre entre ce que l'homme a façonné de ses propres mains et tout ce que la nature a à offrir à son meilleur.Les villages traditionnels vous attendent pour les découvrir, car ils ne sont que partiellement touchés par la civilisation. L'heure de prise en charge est à 8h30. depuis votre logement à Brasov. Conduire jusqu'au village de montagne de Pestera prendra environ 1 heure et c'est ici que commence notre randonnée. La durée totale de la randonnée + des pauses prendra env. 5-6 heures. Nous retournons à Brasov vers 16h-17h.

Ces deux villages se trouvent à la frontière du parc national de Piatra Craiului l'un à côté de l'autre et font partie d'une zone protégée qui protège le mode de vie traditionnel des villageois de montagne. Avec des vues spectaculaires sur deux chaînes de montagnes, une randonnée à travers les villages de Magura et de Pestera peut être aussi éducative que stimulante et vous laissera avec une profonde appréciation de la richesse que ces personnes et ces lieux ont à offrir. Ce voyage convient aux familles ou à tout autre groupe de personnes pouvant marcher sur différents terrains pendant une demi-journée. Vous devez apporter des chaussures de randonnée et des vêtements adaptés aux conditions météorologiques extérieures, un sac à dos, un imperméable et une petite collation. Nous vous recommandons également d'apporter un chapeau, de la crème solaire, un spray anti-tiques et des bâtons de randonnée.

This was a beautiful hike in the Piatra Craiului national park and our guide, Dinu, was friendly and informative. We were lucky to have fine weather so had magnificent views, and Dinu also took us through the Zarnesti gorge which was very scenic. If you like hiking and are happy to walk up and down hills you will enjoy this hike which is not too challenging if you are experienced. It travels along forest trails and unmade alpine roads through small villages. Make sure you bring sufficient water and a snack to eat along the way, as we did. I was also impressed with the good communication before our tour from Ramona and Dinu so that we knew where and when we would be picked up and they were ready to ask any questions we might have

We hiked the trails around the village of Pestera that our guide knew about because she recently lived in the village. The countryside was beautiful and we saw the rural side of life. We drove to Maugura and hiked overlooking mountain cow pastures and into the national forest. Our guide Ramona adapted the trip to our group and was informative and friendly and helped us understand the land we were traveling through. We had a wonderful time and would love to hike with Ramona again.

An amazing guided tour by Ramona, through some of the most beautiful countryside. Ramona got us to ground ourselves during the walk by taking our boots off and walking barefoot through the countryside which was an exhilarating experience! We also had the pleasure of a guided tour by Radu, to Bran Castle and surrounding area which was wonderful, with Radu with every step of the way imparting his extensive knowledge of the area! Radu who used to be a professional photographer, ensured we were taken to best vantage points in order to take photographs!!!

Beautiful Swiss like country. Environment was so peaceful and the panoramas with the last of the snow in the mountains were postcard. So good to breathe the fresh air and to experience the farming and village life. Ramona, my guide, was excellent in providing great commentary and in ensuring that the hiking pace was very comfortable. She has a really good manner in her presentation - she listens and fully engages you in conversation.

Ramona was the best guide I could have ever asked for. She is kind and patient and passionate and can adapt the intensity of the hike to anybody's needs. It's perfect for regular hikers and also for families with kids. The villages we visited were magnificent, and we had little breaks and picnics in the most beautiful parts. We saw lots of animals on the mountains too! I only had 2 days in Romania, and I'm glad I chose to spend the most of it hiking with Ramona. It feels like a gorgeous adventure with a friend! She also takes great photos:) Thank you so much Ramona!

Such a beautiful, wonderful hike. Our hiking leader, Ramona, was so attentive to our needs. She tailor-made our hike just for us, just the right length, speed and length. She took us to picturesque villages and remote stunning mountain views. Can’t recommend Ramona enough.

I highly recommend a day trip to Magura and Pestera with Ramona. The views were incredibly beautiful and the mountainous villages were lovely and authentic. We got to see a lot of domestic animals on our way and stopped for a chat with occasional farmers we happened to meet on the trail. The picnic that was organised by Ramona was lovely, amidst stunning views of the mountains. Ramona was punctual, professional and attentive, and I highly recommend her as a guide.
