Êtes-vous fatigué du bruit de la ville et d'un style de vie trépidant? Dans ce cas, nous vous recommandons vivement de visiter ce circuit lors de l'un de vos premiers jours aux Pays-Bas ! Nous pensons que les jardins fleuris, les vieilles maisons en bois, les ruelles verdoyantes et la fabuleuse tarte aux pommes servie le midi au bord d'un canal envahi de pommiers et d'hortensias sont l'un des meilleurs remèdes contre l'agitation urbaine ! Nous nous retrouverons à la gare centrale d'Amsterdam, d'où nous prendrons un bus pour nous rendre dans ces villes fabuleuses - Edam et Volendam. Le temps de trajet ne prend pas plus de 20 minutes. Se promener dans des rues incroyablement belles avec vue sur les canaux, des champs infinis avec des maisons en bois, des fermes et des cygnes sauvages. Plus de visites (nourriture, histoire, art de la rue, architecture, art moderne, musées, petites villes, campagne, à vélo, en bateau, en ballon, en photo) aux Pays-Bas sur Snurk.Travel.

Gare centrale d'Amsterdam - notre point de rencontre. De là, nous prendrons un bus pour rejoindre ces villes fabolantes - Edam et Volendam. Le temps de trajet ne prend NO plus de 20 minutes.
Edam City Center - en se promenant dans des rues incroyablement belles avec vue sur les canaux, les champs infinis avec des maisons en bois, les fermes et les cygnes sauvages, nous verrons beaucoup de sites touristiques, tels que: la maison de pesée, le pont le plus à bosse du pays, le musée du fromage, l'église catholique et beaucoup de hofjes confortables! Nous avons beaucoup d'histoires à vous raconter, en commençant par l'histoire et les traditions de cette ville et en terminant par les innovations agricoles!
Maison de musculation - nous aimerions en dire plus sur les traditions commerciales néerlandaises, les marchés du fromage et son influence. Voyons qui est le roi du fromage et pourquoi les porteurs de fromage reçoivent encore un morceau de gâteau aux amandes comme salaire!
Old hofjes - visitons l'un des beaux jardins confortables, où nous discuterons du système de bienfaisance médiéval aux Pays-Bas et du logement social moderne;
Volendam City Center - nous nous perdrons dans les rues confortables de cette ville de pêcheurs, nous promènerons sur la promenade surplombant les yachts et dégusterons des spécialités locales, comme le célèbre hareng et fromage hollandais! Découvrez des traditions locales et des légendes mystérieuses, des sculptures de rue et des lieux secrets, comme une résidence d'art spécialement conçue pour les impressionnistes néerlandais et français!
Fumoir familial - après la visite, nous vous recommandons de rester un peu plus longtemps à Volendam et de prendre un bon déjeuner dans l'un des plus anciens fumoirs familiaux du pays - le meilleur endroit pour déguster une délicieuse soupe à l'anguille servie dans une coupe de champagne ! (sauf le lundi)

We always wanted to see not only cities in the Netherlands, but also villages. One day we went with a wonderful guide, Ekaterina, to Edam and Volendam. We were doubly lucky - the weather was wonderful, and this day coincided with the celebration of King's Day in the country. We saw many cheerful residents and festively decorated streets. I really love leisurely walks, when you can stop for coffee at any time or linger in a particularly liked place. Ekaterina flexibly adjusted to our wishes, but at the same time conscientiously "worked out" the entire informational part of the excursion. We learned a lot about the traditions and cultural characteristics of the inhabitants of Dutch villages, many facts about agriculture, cheese making and history. We were amazed by the attitude of the country's residents to cows and other livestock and their real care for them. We had two stops - one in Edam for coffee and homemade apple pie made according to an old recipe (mmm... very tasty!), the second in Vollendam for lunch in a wonderful restaurant, which is famous for its smokehouse. It was enjoyable to see older canal homes and understand the history and seeing the outlying area. Our guide was informative and knew her history. More guidance could have been given on the best route to meet the guide. We wasted time and money in travel.

We have just returned from a tour of Edam and Volendam where Sergey discovered for us a part of the Netherlands that is so different from our already beloved Amsterdam! It was such a wonderful, calm, soulful walk - not at all like a standard excursion! We saw and felt the slow and quiet rhythm of small towns, and were enchanted by the green and flowery streets, cutely decorated courtyards and delicious cafes and restaurants! Maria was incredibly nice and easy-going during my family's 3 hour day trip around two towns outside of Amsterdam. These two communities differed significantly in traditions and Maria's discussion and engagement about each's characteristics made it really special. My family and I were pretty worn out from traveling that morning but Maria made it a great time nevertheless! Maria was accommodating and flexible to our pace and was genuine, honest, and funny as she answered our raining of random questions. I would love to go on another of Maria's trips!

Our guide was very punctual. He was waiting in front of the train station with a sign that had the tour company's name on it. This made him very easy to locate. We took the local bus to Edam and Volendam. That in itself is an enjoyable experience as you see so much countryside dotted with farms and canals. The guide was very friendly and informative. There were lots of visual aides that helped to see what the towns looked like in the past in comparison to the current landscape. He knew all kinds of interesting history and quirky facts of both Edam and Volendam. Both towns were beautiful in completely different ways. This is a perfect day trip from Amsterdam. It gives you a break from the chaos for a few hours in a much calmer setting. We highly recommend this tour.
