Juliana was very personable and knowledgeable. Gave us a nice overview of history, culture and architecture of Basel. We did this tour on our first afternoon in Basel. She was helpful in orienting us as a well as offering suggestions for dining and museums to visit making the rest of our stay more enjoyable.

It is the worst tour I have ever bought It was a rip-off They stood us up and wanted to give us a consolation “mini tour” and did not respond for a refund VIATOR did not take responsibility nor did the provider / they changed the start time one morning before, moving it up more than 4 hours - and then they wanted to make us take an incomplete and very bad one half an hour before the one on the ticket We tied Extremely disappointed with the experience

We enjoyed our tour with Petra today. There was my wife, my sister-in-law and her husband, and my brother-in-law. Petra told us of a lot of the history of Basel and gave us an excellent overview. Only item I would suggest is a microphone for the tour guide and headsets for the customers. Because of the traffic and other sounds, at times it was hard to hear her. It is nothing against Petra!! She did very well.
