Plus: VISITE GRATUITE POUR LES ENFANTS DE 12 ANS ET MOINS. Notre chauffeur viendra vous chercher au bateau. Nous visiterons Portovenere, Vernazza et Corniglia -- trois des endroits les plus beaux et les plus indicatifs de la région des Cinque Terre. Nous les avons sélectionnés parce qu'ils sont assez plats, donc ils sont gérables même pour ceux qui utilisent des aides à la mobilité. À la fin de la journée, nous ferons un arrêt rapide à Pise. Prendre le ferry pour voyager de Portovenere à Vernazza est une option (coût supplémentaire). NOTES IMPORTANTES : En Italie, les conducteurs peuvent partager des informations lorsque vous êtes dans le véhicule, mais ne sont PAS autorisés à aller avec vous une fois sorti du véhicule. Itinéraire
L'histoire de Portovenere est longue et intéressante, remontant au 1er siècle avant JC, mais la plupart des gens l'apprécient simplement pour son charme. Les principales attractions sont l'imposante église Saint-Pierre du XIIIe siècle avec ses rayures noires et blanches et les maisons en rangée colorées le long de la marina qui font penser à Portofino. Les amateurs de littérature se souviendront que Lord Byron a nagé à travers le golfe de La Spezia depuis la grotte qui porte désormais son nom pour visiter Percy Bysshe Shelley en 1822. Portovenere est passée de la communauté de pêcheurs à l'époque romaine à la base de la flotte byzantine après la chute de l'Empire romain occidental pour devenir la porte d'entrée des Cinque Terre aujourd'hui: une carte postale vivante de terrain vert luxuriant contre la mer d'un bleu éclatant.
Vernazza est peut-être le plus populaire des villages des Cinque Terre. La zone de la marina est très animée, avec de nombreuses terrasses où vous pourrez déguster un rafraîchissement ou une collation. Vous serez probablement à Vernazza à l'heure du déjeuner (selon l'heure de la prise en charge), et il existe de nombreux bons restaurants proposant des fruits de mer et l'excellent vin blanc local. La rue principale de Vernazza est un endroit idéal pour faire du shopping ou faire une pause pour un gelato (crème glacée). Pour les points d'intérêt architecturaux, il y a Castello Doria, la fortification médiévale de Vernazza. Montez la tour du Belvédère pour une vue imprenable (petit droit d'entrée). L'église de Santa Margherita di Antiochia mérite également une visite: simple mais très belle.
De tous les villages des Cinque Terre, Corniglia a le mieux conservé son aspect médiéval. C'est le seul village perché sur les falaises, inaccessible par ferry. Les rues étroites sont agréables à flâner, et de bonnes gelato (glaces) se trouvent à Corniglia. Il y a de belles églises, mais le meilleur endroit du village sur la terrasse publique avec une vue panoramique sur la côte.
Sur le «Campo dei Miracoli» de Pise, vous trouverez non seulement la tour penchée mais aussi la cathédrale, le baptistère et le cimetière, qui sont tous des monuments remarquables. Si vous souhaitez entrer au campo santo ou au baptistère pour la démonstration acoustique à l'heure et à la demi-heure, les billets doivent être réservés à l'avance. Stefano was incredible. We really enjoyed having him with us for the day. He was very careful driving very patient with the children and very kind to us telling us lots of information about where we were . He was prompt and very courteous. We definitely recommend this to everyone.

We were wanting to see the Cinque Terre for many years. We decided that this year, during our 42nd wedding anniversary it was a great time to see it. Our guide, Paolo, was wonderful! Incredible views and hit some beautiful areas. Our guide was fun and interesting and knowledgeable. Was also very flexible with timing and where we wanted to go.
There is no tour guide - just basically a driver. We signed up with what I thought was a trip to Pisa and 3 villages in Cinque Terre. The day before received a call from the tour company that we signed up for a tour out of the wrong port (we were on a cruise ship) therefore we would not be able to go to Pisa because of the distance- just the 3 villages in Cinque Terre and because it was late notice, we couldn’t reschedule or get a refund for not being able to complete the whole tour. The driver was very nice and courteous and did his best to answer any questions we had. The tour was good if you basically just want a driver - but if you are looking for someone to give you a little knowledge of the area and the sites, this tour is not for you.
Michelle, Thanks for your feedback. I take issue with a couple of your points, however, which I will respond to for the benefit of anyone who might be considering this service. The tour is advertised as having an English-speaking driver. A separate tour guide is not included. The basic information that your driver gave you is really all you need to know. What you got was precisely what is outlined in the description. Seeing as you booked a service from the wrong port and didn't even notice until our fleet manager caught the error, it appears you might not have been paying enough attention to the information presented. We did not have any discussion about rescheduling, which I suppose is only logical, seeing as you're on a cruise ship. I don't know what sort of refund you would have expected. It was you who made the mistake when you made your booking; you booked Easy Cinque Terre & Pisa from LIVORNO, but we don't offer that service from La Spezia. We substituted the closest thing, after we discussed it and you were in agreement. I don't see how we can be found at fault with respect to this. Because time was short, I suggested keeping your booking as it was instead of going through all the girations to cancel and rebook it through Viator. I made the adjustments on our side, saving you a bunch of time and hassle. It also saved you money, as I explained to you on the phone. In light of the fact that we bent over backward to rectify an error that was not ours in a satisfactory way -- with your consent , and in a way that also saved you time, hassle, and money -- I have to confess I'm a bit perplexed by your review, but I thank you again for the opportunity to have an exchange that might benefit the next client. Fernando, our driver, was excellent, getting us to the sites quickly and efficiently. Was very accommodating to all our requests. The tour was great, with very picturesque locations. The whole family really enjoyed the experience, would definitely recommend.
A lot of incline walking up and down and cobblestone roads did not make for easy travel for two elderly relatives (and Easy was the reason we chose this for a family tour.)
