We did Florence and Pisa. We were travelling on NCL Viva and was easy to reach meeting point on the port shuttle. Had a great time in Florence and Pisa. Our guides Omi and Luca were awesome, very helpful. Driver Luca was great too and they were able to get us a direct drop off back at Viva, no waiting for port shuttle Highly recommend

The staff running the trip are great coach air conditioned and Pisa is spectacular . Please though watch your belongings in Pisa pickpockets are everywhere. Sorry to say I had my purse taken.
The visit to Pisa was a very good experience, in which everything went perfectly, with perfect organization since Omi, who is very nice, explained everything to us very well and was always attentive to anything we might need, and Alda is a great driver, very professional and always willing to make the trip more pleasant. Ten out of ten! Highly recommended.
Great experience on the excursion to Pisa. Omi was a great guide. Very attentive to the 10 of us. Especially with my parents, who are already elderly. Highly recommended.
Very kind and with great command of the tour
We were very happy with the tour in every aspect. The time allotted for the Pisa tour was sufficient to see the main sights. The guide Omi was very nice, friendly, and professional, as was the bus driver Alda. Highly recommended tour.
It was a very nice excursion with a guide (TOMMY) who made everything very easy for us and explained everything wonderfully. And the transfer was perfect with Alda. Without a doubt I would repeat it and we plan to recommend it. It was a pleasure.

Convenient location to get a transfer to Pisa. Having the tower tickets included in the price of the tour made the process seamless. It was appreciated that riding the tourist train was given as an option to avoid the additional walking from the parking lot. It would have been nice to have a map of the complex so we could maximize our free time.
