Excellent trip. Marta was great, just the right amount of information interspersed with humour From the start the whole process was well organised. Marta was extra thoughtful providing additional transport options for some members of the group due to the heat. Times and tickets were well planned. Climbing up the tower was well worth it and there were great views. Simon, the driver, was excellent. I would highly recommended this trip.
That everyone gets off the 1st shuttle bus at the very 1st stop, not the last as stayed in the advertisement!!
Marta was our tour guide and Simon was our bus driver. Both excellent! With the excessive heat in Pisa Marta made sure we could take the small train to the entrance (a 10 minute walk) in all sun. Very appreciative of his as we had some that would have had a difficult time walking.
Omi and Eleanor were fantastic Very helpful, tons of information on Pisa
Eleonora and Giampero had a great day. Despite the heat they remained very friendly and explained everything well. Pisa was nice to have seen.
We had our Pisa 1/2 day tour changed by the operator due to numbers to Florence and Pisa no costs lovely guide and a good driver with a fairly small group of about 18 people nice day thank you Arianana and roberto
Pisa is a beautiful place to visit. We came during extreme heat and both the girls did a great job of making sure everyone felt ok. Would highly recommend the half day tour to visit.

What we were looking for, quick and simple, no beating around the bush. We took the bus and were taken to Pisa and back to Livorno.
Great trip with a fabulous guide (Omi) and driver (Constanta). Omi was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the experience. We had 2 free hours at Pisa to take in the sights at our leisure which was just right.
