Nous viendrons vous chercher à votre hôtel ou à la gare et nous prendrons le bus pour nous rendre au Machu Picchu. Une fois au poste de contrôle, vous devrez présenter vos billets pour le Machu Picchu et vos passeports, puis nous marcherons pendant 15 minutes jusqu'à la plate-forme principale pour prendre la photo classique du Machu Picchu. Après avoir pris de jolies photos de vous et de vos proches, nous partirons à la découverte de la citadelle du Machu Picchu. Nous visiterons les zones agricoles, les habitations, le temple du Soleil, le rocher sacré, le cadran solaire, le temple du Condor et le temple des trois fenêtres. Une fois la visite terminée, vous pourrez prendre le bus pour descendre à Aguas Calientes afin de vous restaurer, puis prendre le train pour retourner à Cusco.

Eric had our tickets …. He was a NO SHOW….
We had a guided tour planned with Eric. He was to join us at 6:30 AM at our hotel in Aguas Calientes. Eric had our bus tickets to Machu Picchu and our Machu Picchu circuit tickets.
HE WAS A NO SHOW!
Much much later in the day, we got his ChatGPT generated apology and it started with -
“Good afternoon,
I honestly don't know what words or actions could possibly be enough to apologize to you. I know I've ruined what ….”

This comment is correct. I had a family emergency and couldn't meet the tourists, and I'm truly sorry for such a terrible experience for them. It's the first time something like this has happened to me, and it will be the last. We will learn from this huge mistake to manage our bookings better.
One hour after the agreed-upon time, our guide, Elvis, arrived to meet the group and provide the guided tour, which included all tickets. The service was provided, but it was delayed, and we are very embarrassed about it.
I sent them an apology message, which I wrote myself. However, since I'm not a native English speaker, I asked the AI to correct the text. So, Sanjeev probably refers to this improved and corrected text as a text created by GPT chat.
In any case, the comment is entirely justified by the bad experience they had with us. However, this is the only and last time something like this will happen to us.
I know there's no way to undo the mistake we made with you, but I want to offer my sincerest apologies once again.

Incredible experience
We had a great experience with Eric on our tour of Machu Picchu! He was an exceptional guide. He met us at our Airbnb and made the process seamless. He took his time sharing the history once we made it to Machu Picchu, letting us soak in the view and taking the perfect pictures of our group. Highly recommend booking with Eric!

Hire Eric as your tour guide through Machu Pichu!
Eric was SUCH a joy to spend our morning with at Machu Pichu! He met us promptly at our hotel in the morning, brought us on the bus and was so full of fascinating information about the wonder. He was super sweet and helped us on our second leg of adventures to waynapicchu mountain. He was kind enough to walk us through Machu pichu to the entrance of the Waynapichu hike and gave us more information along the way.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND ERIC AS YOUR TOUR GUY!

One of our best tours in Peru
We don't have enough words to appreciate Eric. He was constantly in touch even 1 month before...and even at odd hours. He is so kind, compassionate and helpful. He was very friendly. Magical Machu Picchu
Whole trip was amazing. The weather also was great. But our experiance wouldn't be the same if not our amazing guide Eric! With his storytelling and passion he brought Machu Picchu back to life and shared its magic with us. We were amazed by the whole tour. Big big recommendation!

Knowledgeable guide, smooth experience
Fred was a very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. He explained every aspect of Macchu Pichu in great detail, his knowledge of the history is worth the money. I would highly recommend.
We did Circuit 1 and 3 in one day, pick up at 6am from hotel and Fred helped us navigate the bus and entry smoothly.

Unforgettable Machu Picchu Experience

We had an incredible experience at Machu Picchu with our guide, Edson. We spent several hours exploring the site, and Edson was excellent from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history, culture, architecture, and significance of Machu Picchu, and explained everything in a way that was interesting and easy to follow.
He took his time, answered all of our questions, pointed out details we never would have noticed on our own, and gave us plenty of time to stop, take photos, and simply enjoy the spectacular surroundings. We never felt rushed.
Edson was warm, personable, and genuinely enthusiastic about sharing Machu Picchu with us. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Peru, and we would absolutely recommend him!

Stress Free and Fun
Eric was a fantastic guide. He was so kind, took so many amazing photos of us, and had so much knowledge to share with us. Our trip to Machu Picchu from Agues Calientes was stress free as Eric had our Machu Picchu passes and bus tickets sorted for us. Would definitely book again!

Experience of a Lifetime!!!
This was an experience of a lifetime. We coordinated our tour with Eric, who was extremely professional and responsive over the weeks leading up to our trip. Everything was taken care of for us - including the bus tickets/coordination from Machu Picchu Pueblo and Machu Picchu entry tickets. There are a lot of steps you need to take to get up to Machu Picchu and IncaGo Expeditions made this a seamless trip.
Once on-site, Edson served as our tour guide on the day of our and his knowledge/charisma blew us away. He answered all of questions thoughtfully and thoroughly, and kept us moving so we could maximize the experience. Can’t recommend them enough!!!
