Prendre cette visite privée signifie que vous serez en mesure de choisir une heure, entre les heures de 5h30 et 15h30, pour accueillir votre guide et partir en bus d'Aguas Calientes.
Votre guide privé personnalisera la visite en fonction de vos intérêts, vous permettant de poser des questions et de plonger plus profondément dans l'histoire et l'importance du site. Le guide prendra également des photos pour vous tout au long de l'expérience.
Après la visite, vous retournerez à Aguas Calientes en bus, complétant la visite.

- Rappelez-vous que, si vous êtes de nationalité péruvienne, vous devez avoir une pièce d'identité nationale (DNI) valide pour pouvoir délivrer votre billet pour le Machu Picchu. De plus, ce document doit être envoyé par la plateforme correspondante et présenté le jour de la visite. Le système ne permet pas la délivrance de billets avec passeport pour les citoyens péruviens.
- L'option de faire le circuit panoramique 1 à partir du moment où vous entrez dans la citadelle du Machu Picchu peut être prolongée pour un maximum de 2 heures.

If you’re on the fence, book it. They took care of everything and made sure we had the best time and got the best photos!
It pays to have a private guide vs taking a group tour. Plan to take two tours at Machu Picchu, this avoids any transportation delays or weather issues. Plan to take circuits 2 and 3, these will give you very good coverage over most of the important areas.
Lovely time with our guide who was very knowledgeable about Machu Picchu. We booked a private tour like this, because we had a very tight turn around, and needed to be shown exactly how to get there and shown wh as t to do when we arrived!
Our guided tour to Machu Picchu was great, and informative. The tour guide picked us up right on the dot from our hotel, we walked to the bus, were given front seats, skip the crowds and lines to get in. The only thing I would say where there may be room for improvement, was the communication leading up to the date of our tour. The information was, that we were to meet up at the “redemption point” to redeem our voucher and receive our tickets. So we went to the redemption point, or as per instructions, where this point is meant to be, the day before so we knew what to do for the next morning. The problem here was no one at this point knew anything? So we found ourselves in wonder and in a little bit of uncertainty if all was going to happen as planned. We made numerous phone calls and eventually was able to get our tickets emailed to us and finally our guide made contact with us at 8 pm. In our opinion, we paid for our tickets in full. We should receive our tickets in full in that case, not vouchers to redeem. Machu Picchu is a long way to come to from anywhere in the world. We felt like we were going to miss out on the experience because of what we felt was a lack of communication due to Viator’s processes. Not having our tickets and no communication until the 11th hour left us unsettled
This is a "must do bucket list adventure "....our guide (Johnny) made it extra special...pictures cannot capture this place.
We loved this tour. Rudier was fantastic and couldn’t have been better. We learned so much from him, he knew all the spots for the best pics and he was wonderful with our boys. He made this once in a lifetime trip to Machu Picchu perfect. Don’t hesitate to book this tour

My guide, Abraham, met me as planned at the train station and efficiently guided me to the shuttle bus and on to Circuit 2 to see Machu Picchu! He did a wonderful job explaining the sights to me and taking multiple photos for me to remember this special time in his country. Thank you!!
Machu Picchu is truly a magestic and beautiful place. I am in awe. This tour was amazing and if you're not sure to book...do it. Now! Jaime was so great and extremely helpful and had so much knowledge and history to share about everything!! Words cant describe how wonderful this tour was.
