Visite privée du désert de Wahiba Sands et de Wadi Bani Khalid en 4x4

Excursion carried out in August 2024 - 1st experience in Oman. Small unforgettable moment on this planet so turbulent! The colors of the desert are extraordinary, our friends camels nice:-) In the afternoon the small swim in wadi bani khalid was very relaxing. English Guide very well: discreet while remaining attentive and listening. For his comments, just say the necessary, it is like the excursion: relaxing. Lunch at noon very correct, extreme cleanliness of the restaurant. notea bene: excursion made with 3 other pax or 4 in the jeep; 3 pax should be a maximum because even in a comfortable 4x4 we are still a little tight... The experience with Muscat Magic Arabia did not stop there because this agency was also the correspondent on site of my travel agency. In this context MA proved to be highly responsive and efficient, customer satisfaction being its constant concern. Here are three factual examples: 1) when I arrived at Muscat airport, late at night (11 pm), I was pleasantly surprised to receive personalized assistance via MA: a person with a large sign in my name was waiting for me when I got out of the plane; setting up in an ALKE cart and drive -which was a long walk - to passport control where I benefited from a skip-the-line; then always by ALKE drive to baggage claim, finally guiding to a private driver waiting at the exit to drive me to my Pension. I particularly enjoyed everything that saved me fatigue and waiting after a very dense day. 2) at the beginning of my stay at the Pension I had to get back in touch with Magic Arabia -exchanges on whatsapp in French which is more convenient to explain ins and outs - due to a misunderstanding in my expense statement at Chedi. I posted my question after dinner (at 20:25 to be precise) but without waiting for return before 24h. At 8:32 pm I had a first response from the agency. Around 8am the next morning I had a second message from Magic Arabia telling me that the Pension had been notified of my problem and that they were waiting for their return. Around 9:00 a.m. while I was at breakfast, a young man telling me he was in charge of the Inn Board came to my table and informed me that the necessary steps would be taken in the next few minutes regarding the undue lines on my transaction record - which was done. Thereafter I had the opportunity to interact several times with this manager (Ketan) full of coming and going. 2) after the excursion in the Wahiba desert I asked Magic Arabia about another subject. After some exchanges, a solution was found and finalized via the driver who was taking me back to the airport; once arrived the driver called by phone (at 9pm) a francophone contact of MA who directly assured me that the necessary had been done while wishing me a good return. I therefore have nothing but positive to remember from this agency, which I thank for its speed and efficiency as well as its keen customer sense.

When someone talks about camping, one expect few tents here and there, lots of sand and maybe a bone fire ... Is not the case for Magic Camps by Magic Arabia, at Wahiba Sands! I was transferred into a complete different world of camping. A Magic camping! Everything is so amazing there that, I wanted to take all the furniture and decos with me. So tastefully decorated, so luxurious ... something that you would not expect to get in the middle of nowhere. On top of all these, the food was super delicious and amazingly arranged on the plates! Last but not least, the staff is extremely profesional! A true 5 Star luxury experience! Highly recommended to everyone who wants to disconnect from the buzzy city. Because, there is no network there ... so, no emails, no social media. Hallelujah! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience which I will never forget!
