Gustavo was amazing tour guide. We all enjoyed our day tour in Teotihuacan and Guadalupe. Gustavo is very knowledgeable and shared with us alot of history of the pyramid. He is so personable and funny! He went above and beyond and even drove us through the different neighborhoods of Mexico. We highly recommend Gustavo! A big shoutout and thank you Gustavo!
Thanks so much for your opinion Maria, our team always try to give the best, we will be ready for the next time, best regards
Overall nice. The tour guide / driver was very friendly. But was 40 minutes late for pickup. Communication was not made prior to pick up. We thought there would be no show by the driver and almost changed plan. Also, the guide was sick (flue) and should have taken the day off and offered another guide for us. In terms of content given of mexican culture and teotihuacan, was "ok" it lacks depth. During the piramids we were not the entire time together.
I am sorry to say, but for me it was dissapointing. There are so many enthusiastic guides we had in Mexico on other sites. This experience was rather bad despite being costly. Teotihuacan - we entered, got some limited information and then he left us for the rest of the site.
Roberto was very thorough and accommodating. We had a long layover in Mexico City and sure enough, we say everything we needed to visit. Roberto is very knowledgeable. We added a city tour and he definitely took us to the important sites given our time. Personal service and transport worked out the best for us.
Tranks so much Daisy. We always try to make our Best, we will be ready for your next trip . Best regards.
We reserved a large car for a trip for four adults to visit the pyramids. When we went to meet our car, the car had been booted so the original driver could not take us. They took about 30 minutes to find a new driver and car which was a small sedan. It was very uncomfortable for four adults to squeeze into a sedan for the hour plus ride to the pyramid. The new driver was very excited to take us to many places that were not on our itinerary. they were interesting, however, it ended up making our tour much longer than we anticipated. We thought we would be back between 2-3, but it was after 4, and that’s because we rushed at the pyramids and basilica.
Hello Mieko, we are so sorry because the original Van was inmoviliced for the police parking the quick option was the car, we will be ready for your next trip, best regards
