Visite privée de Yangmingshan et Beitou au départ de Taipei avec prise en charge

Description
This was the perfect mix of nature walks and history. Alex was s great guide - very knowledgeable and personable! He even accommodated a request for a hot springs foot bath at the end of our tour.
The Qintiangang grassland area was pretty amazing and my kids liked looking at the wild buffaloes. Joanna was very helpful with us especially when my 3 year old son fell and hurt his face while running. She brought us to a first aid office and was patient with us especially when my son was crying and grumpy. Thanks Joanna!
Dear Traveler, Thanks a lot for your lovely review! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the experience and are so glad we could be a part of it. We’d love to have you join us again in the future—we’ll make it even better next time. Many thanks!
We had a fantastic tour of Yangmingshan and Beitou. James is an excellent guide, very friendly and knowledgeable. The tour features many beautiful sites. The lunch was excellent! We loved the Calla lilies and the flower clock. Highly recommended!
The tour was organised by a local Taiwanese company called My Pro Guide. Unfortunately the trip was very disappointing. There were 8 of us in the van but the guide (Dawson) didn't interact with any of us or point out any interesting sights, couldn't speak good English either although we'd opted for an English-speaking guide. The weather on Yangmingshan was very wet and rainy with poor visibility - which is unavoidable given the climate in December - but there was no wet weather plan when we could not proceed with our trip to Yangmingshan. Instead, the guide dropped us off at a small museum (Chiang Kai Shek's guest house) but plonked us in front of a film explaining the history of the place despite staff at the museum informing him that he was more than welcome to bring us around the museum. At Beitou and the sulphur mines, similarly we were dropped off and told to stroll around on our own. Frankly the guide merely played the role as driver because there was zero commentary and guiding that took place. An extremely disappointing experience. Do avoid My Pro Guide as they're very unprofessional.
We sincerely apologize for the lack of coordination regarding the guide's language proficiency, the absence of informative commentary, and the lack of a suitable wet weather contingency plan. We will conduct a thorough review to improve our staff training and alternative itinerary planning to ensure our "guided" tours provide the professional insight and engagement expected, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
The park itself and the careful and attentive driving and the knowledge of the guide. I had been before to Beitou. However, the guide brought me to a new and beautiful place in Beitou
Our guide James was remarkable and knows his stuff. He came on time and was very professional Ww had a great time Will recommend him
Our tour guide James was professional and flexible in catering to our personal interests. The tour itinerary is packed with a mix of scenic drive, photography opportunities, shopping, food tasting, and cultural activities. We enjoyed the day!
The tour guides were informative and interesting by telling us about Taipei history in the city.. Me and my mom enjoyed the tour !
Cypher was an amazing tour guide. I would use her for any tour in Taiwan. She arrived promptly and took the time to get to know us. It is clear she has a wealth of knowledge on all things Taiwan. She is funny and has great insider stories to share. On an extremely busy day, she navigated Yangmingshun really well. We got to see a few really cool places that seemed like hidden gems as no once else was there (I won’t give away her secrets). A 5 hour tour turned into 8 hours. Cypher never complained. She even went back to get a stuffed animal my daughter has left behind in one location. I know Taiwan is a non-tipping country… but please use and tip Cypher for how much she goes above and beyond.
