Cette visite est privée uniquement pour vous et elle est personnalisée pour vous ! Il comprend le transport et un guide + chauffeur. Nous viendrons vous chercher et vous déposerons à votre hôtel ou à votre adresse. Lors de cette expérience située au centre-ville de la capitale de la nation mexicaine, vous connaîtrez l'histoire de la fondation de la ville de Mexico (Tenochtitlán) et de l'ère coloniale espagnole. Nous visiterons les bâtiments les plus emblématiques des XVI, XVII, XVIII, XIX, XX siècles qui se trouvent autour du centre-ville, notamment : le Palais des Beaux-Arts, la Cathédrale, les vestiges de la pyramide principale de Mexica, la Tour Latino, le Palais National, etc. .

Itinéraire
(Par extérieur) Nous verrons les vestiges de l'édifice le plus important de l'empire mexicain (Tenochtitlán) avant l'arrivée des Espagnols en 1519. Ici nous trouverons une maquette sur le préhispanique Tenochtitlán.
Nous visiterons l'intérieur de l'église principale du Mexique et classée au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. Il s'agit de l'archidiocèse catholique romain du Mexique. Il a été construit sur l'ancienne enceinte sacrée aztèque, près du Templo Mayor. Nous visiterons le bel intérieur où vous verrez les 16 chapelles et le maître-autel.
Nous ferons une petite promenade autour de la place principale nommée Zocalo où vous verrez notre énorme drapeau national flotter sur le mât au milieu du zocalo. Celui-ci est placé chaque jour à 6 heures du matin par un corps de soldats lors d'une petite cérémonie officielle et retiré à 18 heures chaque jour. Nous visiterons le hall principal du métro où vous verrez 3 maquettes de notre place principale à 3 siècles différents : 1521, 1824 et 1900. Nous visiterons également notre monument en bronze sur la fondation de Tenochtitlán.
Sur ce site, nous connaîtrons le site où sont conservés les restes de Hernán Cortés (la principale conquête espagnole). Vous connaîtrez le site où se situe la tradition où se déroule la rencontre entre les 2 races : l'aztèque et l'espagnole. Cet endroit est marqué par une peinture murale de carreaux avec cette image de Moctezuma rencontrant Hernán Cortés. Devant cela, vous connaîtrez une grosse tête de Quetzalcoatl en pierre de l'époque préhispanique qui fait maintenant partie du coin du musée de la ville de Mexico.
Nous allons parcourir la rue Madero qui traverse le Zócalo et le Palais des Beaux-Arts. Ici, vous connaîtrez quelques bâtiments importants comme le premier cinéma, le palais du premier empereur mexicain, la Maison des Tuiles, la Tour Latino, etc.
Nous visiterons ce bâtiment emblématique entièrement en marbre depuis 1934. Nous visiterons le hall en marbre rouge et vous pourrez prendre de belles photos. A l'intérieur, vous pourrez visiter le magasin et acheter des souvenirs.
Vous connaîtrez ce grand parc emblématique à côté du Palais des Beaux-Arts qui contient quelques monuments et fontaines.

The pick up and return to our VRBO was great. If it's sunny, bring a hat or umbrella. Wear comfortable walking shoes and layered clothes if it is cool in the morning. Our guide, Andrea, was super knowledgeable and detailed. We are glad we had her as our guide.

The tour was perfectly organized - pick up and transfer - perfect! Tour guide was very boring and his English was pretty poor. I consider it waste of money. I was in Mexico City before and had tours around the town. So far this one was the worst.
Thank you for your review. We regret that you did not enjoy the tour with guide Victor. His knowledge of Mexican history is truly extensive, but we will certainly work on his dynamism and attitude for a more enjoyable tour.
Roberto was friendly but was not able to provide much information on the history of the city or of the sites we visited. I am not sure if this is because he was not proficient enough in English, or if because he didn’t have enough knowledge (or both). The actual walking tour was only 1.5 hours long because of this. We were very disappointed.

The tour guide, Diego, was really great, he deserves five stars on his own. However, the company seemed very new at this, and was not good to deal with. My tour was on Christmas Eve, and they asked if I wanted to purchase extra time and entry tickets to go into different locations, so I said yes, and then when the tour guide arrived, he let me know that most things were closed early because of the holiday, and that I wouldn’t be able to go into all the places. I said that was fine as long as I got a refund of the money, which he assured me would be no problem, however, while the company said they would give me a refund, they said they were out of money right now, and would have to give it to me when they had more in. It wasn’t until I threatened to make a complaint with Viator that they had the money back to me within a few hours. It’s unfortunate that I can’t give a higher rating for the tour guide, but I would recommend not booking with this company.

Great tour to understand fundamental history of the city. Our tour guide was great. Knowledgeable and answered all questions and gave details. The only thing and not tour fault the cathedral and ruin were blocked by Government for protest.and zocalo was full of market stands that took away the feel of what this site was all about. .
