Teotihuacan, Zocalo, and Our Lady of Guadalupe tour.

Monty was very professional, informative, helpful and friendly. Patiently answered questions and continuously provided information on all aspects of the tour. I’d highly recommend her for any tour you have in mind, either personal or group.

The private tour was worth every penny. Adan went above and beyond introducing us the beautiful city of Mexico City.

Wear comfortable shoes and bring a hat to block the sun at pyramids. There was so much to see and do.

Salvatore "Sal" Coppola, best driver ever

As stated in the Rick Steves' book SICILY, Salvatore "Sal: Coppola is not only a personable, knowledgeable driver of the area but he actually does help track down Sicilian roots! My sister and I had four hours to visit Catalafimi, tour the town, and see the cemetery for more ancestral research. Sadly, we arrived on a Sunday and the municipal offices as well as the local cemetery were closed. This did not stop Sal who used a contact on our paperwork to track down other sites where our grandfather may have walked, including the church where our grandfather was baptized! Sal is highly resourceful and knowledgeable about his island. In fact as we sat in the car figuring out our next move as to tracing our family, Sal spoke with a man who was passing by. In no time flat, Sal's conversation with him revealed there were still people with our name in town and this person lived 'up the street' from the square. The 3 of us were pretty amazed. You will have no worries when hiring Sal as he is that rare guide who's eager to share his love of Sicily with you. We plan to return to Sicily in the hopes of doing further research and when we do, we'll request Sal. Do not hesitate in contacting him for your driving needs when in Sicily. 5 Star Rating for him.

Tiber was wonderful. He explained in great detail everything we saw. He was even able to answer our questions that were not your normal questions. Very personable and a pleasure to hang out with.

The travel agency bungled this...

The travel agency bungled this booking. The printed instruction stated that the pick up time is at 7:30am. Our group came from a dive trip where there is no internet hence I was not able to receive the email from the travel agency informing me that they are picking us up at 8:30 am instead. I only found out about the schedule change when I asked the hotel to call up OImar travel because we were already waiting by the lobby at 7:30 am and it was almost 8. Then I get a text message that the driver is running a late and will arrive at 8:45am. Around 8:45am our tour guide, Luis came while our transportation was still not there. The car came at around 9am and it was evident that both driver and tour guide were given last minute instructions and the logistics were not properly handled. Because we started late, we had to rush everything. Secondly, we are a group of 5 and including the tour guide and driver, seven people were squeezed in a suburban. Yes, we did fit in the car but it was not a comfortable ride because 3 of use were sitted at the back row. For a tour costing US800, i expected a bigger van where the seats are more comfortable. The only redeeming factor of this very disappointing start was that our tour guide, Luis was very well informed and accommodating. Viator, please choose a more competent travel agency in Mexico.
