We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide, Julia. As a Busan native, she brought a genuine local perspective to our trip and shared insights that made our experience much more meaningful and authentic. Julia was incredibly responsive, responsible, and easy-going throughout our time together. She was flexible with our plans, listened carefully to our requests, and tailored the itinerary to suit our interests. Nothing ever felt rushed, and she always made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. One of the highlights was her fantastic local food recommendations. Thanks to her local knowledge, we enjoyed some excellent Busan specialties and hidden gems that we would never have discovered on our own. Warm, friendly, and professional, Julia made exploring Busan both enjoyable and effortless. Her passion for her hometown truly shines through, and it made a big difference to our experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Busan and looking for a knowledgeable, accommodating, and personable guide. Thank you, Julia, for making our trip so memorable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Today my daughter and I had a tour of Busan. We started in Seoul and travelled south, where we did several excursions. Today in Busan was the best tour we could have imagined. Our guide Arthur (King Arthur) really showed us everything we could and wanted to see. His passion and knowledge have really shown us and made us feel what South Korea and especially Busan is like. We were also picked up earlier so we could see more and we ate delicious local food. Do you want a great tour, ask for Arthur!! Greeting Mark and Noa

Our guide and driver Luke picked us up with his well-kept car on time from the cruise port. He drives very attentively and speaks very good English, is knowledgeable and humorous. Previously we discussed the tour planning together and he created the best order. With him we could visit the desired sights all day without hectic, learn a lot about the culture and gain new impressions. We had a great time with Luke, taking the best photos. We can highly recommend this private tour.

Okay, I have not yet been cursed out by a tour provider for a bad review before. Typically, they're professionals and both sides move on. But, in this case, the tour company reached out and actually cursed me out and wished me bad luck while in Korea! I'm a bit scared of this person as they sound unhinged on the email screenshot. This was after asking for a customization which they sounded like they offered (and instead, they requested a price hike so that we book 6 tickets for a 2-person custom tour to cover for TripAdvisor costs). Are they truly a licensed provider? I'm surprised that Korea travel officials would train their tour providers in this way. What an unpleasant interaction...
You must know that b2b rate and online price is different, do you know? I gave my all honest information about it, just you don't seem to understand. Quite pity about it; There are so many black consumers like you in the world, we don't do business with those If you didn't like the price we offered, so don't book it and go away and look for cheapest products you like Don't treat me and my teams on that way , we did our jobs for 13years here in Korea, you are the first treating me like slave, Thank you for your lesson! I will go over you and focus more energy to give better service to my clients We always did our best for our clients that's why we get so many good reivews, you know my guides are really awesome! you are just one, I will focus my jobs for more clients Have a great day!
We had a fantastic day in Busan, we went to a temple, rode the sky capsule and the Air cruise, went to the bamboo forest, walked on a skywalk and had lunch. Our tour guide, Kay, was amazing. She told lots of interesting stories, provided relevant information about the places we left. She went above and beyond running late so we could do all the activities we wanted to. I highly recommend her and the tour.

I had a great 8 days South Korea tour on 17/4-24/4/25.Beside Korea beautiful sceneries, friendly people, nice hotels, great food most importantly we had a great Korean tour guide Mr Stephen Lee. Mr Stephen Lee is a very responsible and approachable Korean tour guide, he always answered our enquiry in a comfortable manner and treated us as his friends. Throughout the whole journey, Stephen shared with us his knowledge of Korea history, food, drama and songs (Stephen can sing very well). We were having laughter's all the time with Stephen around and he made us really happy and enjoyed our trips. Besides the joy Stephen gave us, he also made sure that everyone of us are safe by sending us back to the hotel. I feel very happy and lucky to have Stephen as our Korean tour guide and will request Stephen as our Korean tour guide in future when we visit south Korea again.
