Itinéraire
District de Cihangir Beyoğlu. Ce quartier est l'un des plus anciens quartiers d'Istanbul. Qu'est-ce qui rend cet endroit incontournable ? Surtout, la tour Galata est ici. De plus, il y a deux visages dans ce quartier, l'un est le côté le plus touristique, l'autre est le moins connu des touristes. L'autre chose importante à propos du quartier, c'est qu'il nous rappelle l'Europe, son calme, ses bâtiments, ses structures et les personnages célèbres qui y vivent habituellement, etc. C'est vraiment un incontournable.
Notre deuxième arrêt est Üsküdar. Il y a beaucoup de choses qui rendent ce quartier important, mais le plus important est la Tour de la Vierge. Ici, nous pouvons nous asseoir dans un joli café pour observer la tour de Léandre en buvant du thé sur la terrasse d'observation construite pour la population locale en face de la tour de Léandre.
Kuzguncuk est le seul endroit à Istanbul où la population locale et les personnalités célèbres vivent ensemble et où la solidarité de quartier se produit. Les gens qui vivent ici forment comme une famille en eux-mêmes. Une autre particularité de ce quartier est qu'il a été utilisé dans de nombreuses séries turques. Le sujet général de ces séries est d'expliquer la solidarité de quartier au public.
Après notre visite matinale, qui durera environ 4 heures, certains restaurants sont privilégiés pour le déjeuner et une pause. Ce qui rend ces restaurants importants, tout d'abord, ce sont de délicieux plats turcs, la vue est incroyable, nous pouvons éventuellement nourrir les mouettes après le repas et prendre des photos avec les mouettes. Nourrir les mouettes est une tradition à Istanbul. Récemment, nourrir les mouettes a gagné en popularité parmi les touristes.
Après notre déjeuner, nous allons marcher jusqu'au bazar Arasta qui ressemble à un petit grand bazar où vous pourrez acheter des bijoux, des cadeaux, etc. Nous aurons la chance de voir le quartier de Sultanahmet. En attendant, nous guiderons notre voyageur tout au long de cette progression.
La dernière chose est la soirée Raki, nous pouvons éventuellement organiser une soirée Raki avec nos voyageurs. Ou je peux leur suggérer un endroit pour passer la soirée Raki. Le raki est un alcool que les Turcs consomment généralement avec du poisson dans les restaurants locaux pour socialiser. Nos voyageurs peuvent passer autant de temps qu'ils le souhaitent dans ces restaurants.

Nous rencontrerons les voyageurs dans leur hôtel, à part ou partout où ils séjournent près de Sultanahmet (mosquée bleue) ou d'Eminönü. Qui restera loin de ces quartiers (Sultanahmet et Eminönü), alors nous pourrons nous rencontrer sur la place Sultanahmet (place de la Mosquée bleue) et sur la jetée Eminönü-Kadikoy (Eminönü Kadıköy iskelesi).

I found Mustafa in an instagram post. From the beginning he was super kind to me and he gave me his help even without knowing if I should provide his services or not. Finally we booked the transfer from the airport to the hotel. A dinner cruise with hotel pickup and drop-off and a private tour of the Asian side of the city. Without a doubt Mustafa deserves a 12 out of 10. We have traveled throughout the Asian part of Istanbul visiting local places. We had a wonderful meal and he is also an excellent photographer. We booked the Full Day Tour through Istanbul and it was perfectly organized! We visited the local popular spots here in Istanbul, e. g. Gala-Tower, Kuzguncuk, Maiden‘s Tower, Bosporus, Beyoglu! We saw Istanbul by an other side and Mustafa explained a lot of the history Istanbuls! We would book another trip if we want to go to Istanbul again! Absolutelly recommend!!!

Mustafa made us discover the real Istanbul, places where to try the real Turkish flavor, gave us unique information about the culture of this country. We also visited non-tourist places. He provided us with airport transfer support. nice and also available as a photographer.

I found Mustafa online and booked 2 day tours on behalf of my parents who visited Istanbul for their first time (they are in their 70s so not too great with technology) Mustafa was reliable and would keep in contact with me and send me pictures of them while on the tour , he also tailored the tours to suit them avoiding places that maybe too hilly and listening to what they like. I highly recommend and how to use Mustafa should I visit Istanbul with my family sometime soon I hope !
