Venez explorer Helsinki avec moi de manière détendue et amicale – comme passer la journée avec un habitant qui connaît parfaitement la ville. Il s’agit d’une visite privée pour vous et vos invités, où nous mélangerons conduite et marche facile pour voir à la fois les principaux points forts et quelques joyaux cachés. En cours de route, nous nous arrêterons quand vous le souhaitez pour des photos, de courtes promenades ou simplement pour profiter de l’ambiance. Je vis ici depuis plus de 23 ans, donc je vais partager non seulement l’histoire et la culture, mais aussi ce qu’est vraiment la vie quotidienne en Finlande – les petites choses que vous ne trouvez pas dans les guides. Nous discuterons de : * Culture et traditions finlandaises * Mode de vie local et vie quotidienne * Histoire (sans que cela ressemble à une conférence!) * Spots frais, vues et favoris locaux Je suis un Guide officiel d’Helsinki, mais j’aime garder les choses faciles, flexibles et personnelles. Sibelius monument, nous allons passer 15 minutes pour prendre des photos et apprendre sur le monument Sibelius Monument (Helsinki). Sculpture et mémorial à Helsinki, créé en 1967 par Eila Hiltunen. La rénovation est terminée est un bel endroit.
Église luthérienne du quartier Töölö d'Helsinki. L'église luthérienne Famous Rock Church sera une visite de 20 minutes. Les invités découvriront l'architecture de l'extérieur, puis visiteront l'intérieur pour prendre des photos et admirer la belle église. (S'il y a une cérémonie, les visites ne sont pas autorisées)
La place du Sénat et ses environs constituent la partie la plus ancienne du centre d'Helsinki. Les monuments et les bâtiments célèbres entourant la place sont la cathédrale d'Helsinki, le palais du gouvernement, le bâtiment principal de l'université d'Helsinki et la maison Sederholm, le plus ancien bâtiment du centre d'Helsinki datant de 1757.

Visitez la bibliothèque Oodi est un bâtiment saisissant avec ses structures en verre et en acier et sa façade en bois, son design alliant saveurs traditionnelles et contemporaines. La bibliothèque économe en énergie est une carte de visite impressionnante pour l'architecture finlandaise.
Une promenade dans le centre-ville principal où tout le marché local sont une merveilleuse occasion d'acheter de la nourriture locale. Esplanade Park, lieu populaire parmi les habitants, le cœur vert d'Helsinki. Visitez le marché local un temps libre pour explorer les marchés.
Passez par Katajanokka pour voir les bâtiments Art Nouveau.
La gare centrale d'Helsinki, conçue par l'architecte Eliel Saarinen, est considérée comme l'une des plus belles gares ferroviaires du monde.
Porvoo est un site du patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO, avec ses entrepôts peints en ocre rouge au bord de la rivière. Les rues et ruelles pavées médiévales, l'étonnante cathédrale de Porvoo. Une promenade le long du fleuve avec ses entrepôts peints en ocre rouge, le favori le plus photographié parmi les voyageurs. I have hired LOTS of private tour drivers and Paulo was one of the very best I have ever hired! We are on a cruise ship and had ported all day in Helsinki. We bailed from the cruise ship tours and Hired Paulo for the day- what a great decision that was as when we got back last night….. the people that went on the ships tours didn’t see half the things we saw! They were stuck on a tour bus with loads of other people and just “passed by” the places we got to go inside of! I never understand why people pay so much money for a cruise trip & then take the cruise tours that stick them on a bus with 40 other people. By the end of the tour, Paulo was our friend and my husband even invited him to come to our house if he ever made it to Tennessee in the USA. Don’t walk but RUN to book Paulo for your Helsinki tour! I had seen his name on other sites raving about him so I reserved him several months before we arrived. I will never forget our day in beautiful Helsinki and Porvoo with our great tour guide! Paulo picked us up at the cruise ship and we toured all the sites in Helsinki and even went to Paroo. I let Paulo know ahead of time what I definitely wanted to see. He got us the Rock Church tickets and we walked right in without any wait. Having a car was great as the weather was raining and it made touring more comfortable. It was a great five hours. The time flew by. Paulo is very engaging and we had great conversations about life in Finland. Felt we were really immersed with the culture and the people. We fell in love with Helsinki. Our only regret was not having more time in Helsinki. Paulo is the best of the best. Just book him ahead of time as not to be disappointed. He is very busy and turns away many guests. Paulo was very responsive to our communications and requests for this tour. He is very knowledgeable of Helsinki and Finnish history. The trip to Porvoo was wonderful and he gave great recommendations for shopping and places to dine during our free time. The time spent in Helsinki was really worth it also as we got to see other sites that we had not been to prior to his tour. Paulo really goes out of his way to ensure you get the most out if your tour when in Helsinki. Highly recommend that you book an excursion with him or his company as you will not regret it. We had a great day with Paulo. He was early and we got started right away. Visited Porvoo and Helsinki. He was a good driver and his car accommodated us well “4 adults”. We were able to move at our own pace and see what interested us most. He was an excellent guide answering all of our questions and gave us a lot of information about the area. We would definitely recommend his services to anyone visiting the area.
Poalo was a wonderful driver and a great tour guide. He imparted a wealth of information including culture, history and architecture. He had interesting tidbits describing the impact of communism. We visited the church of the rock among other sites. Poalo even advocated for me to be able to use the disability bathroom when they didn’t want to open it at one place. He also transported my folding electric wheelchair and didn’t mind taking it in and out of his truck.
My husband took the private tour of Helsinki and Provoo with Paulo - it was great! He picked us up at our hotel in a very clean new car and we visited many sights in Helsinki before driving to Porvoo for a walking tour, lunch and some shopping time. Paulo is such a great ambassador for Helsinki- he is so knowledgeable about the history, culture etc and is able to share this in the most natural engaging way of communicating. We very much enjoyed our full day and lunch being with Paulo. Helsinki is very beautiful and Porvoo is charming. We enjoyed being able to see both places in 1 day.
