Review: Our private Athens tour was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and our driver arrived early with a clean, comfortable car and safe driving throughout. The tour guide was exceptional—knowledgeable, engaging, and well-prepared. Advance tickets were arranged, allowing us to make the most of our time without waiting in long lines. The team was very accommodating to our needs. Notes for future travelers: All major attractions are quite crowded, and the tour includes approximately two miles of walking over uneven surfaces. This itinerary does not include the Plaka district. The cost includes 55 € per person entry fees Highly recommend this tour for anyone seeking a smooth, well-organized experience in Athens.

If you can get tour guide, Maria and driver George, you will have an amazing time. Maria was so informative, so nice, and easy going. She made the tour relaxing and fun. Gearge, the driver , was also friendly and outgoing. Both made a good team. Private tour is the way to go. You just get more out of it. It’s worth the extra cost.

The locations to visit are wonderful. The acropolis and the museum especially. For the rest it was only a quick look through the car window, with no visit and limited explanation. There seem to have been a misunderstanding as we didn’t visit all the locations listed on the list. The car and driver were great. Our guide had a strong accent that made it a bit hard to understand. It was also a bit of a shame that we could not get tickets for an early visit of the acropolis, and that we had to visit around 11/12 when the sun was very hot. We had to buy the tickets extra for 120€ for 3 people, in addition to 640€ for the visit, it’s a bit steep for the quality we got.

Great tour and an excellent guide. “Mercury” was awesome and has great knowledge. He can tailor the tour to your interests or needs. Traffic in Athens to meet up is a bite but what can you do. Highly recommend this tour.
