Rencontrez le moment le plus agité de l'histoire de Belfast. Découvrez comment les tensions sont apparues qui ont abouti aux explosions de violence et de terrorisme des années 70. Venez et voyez comment les voisins de Belfast honorent leurs héros dans les peintures murales de leurs quartiers. Visitez les quartiers où tout s'est passé: manifestations de citoyens, attaques contre des civils et affrontements entre l'IRA et des groupes paramilitaires protestants. Nous visiterons des lieux importants pour les deux parties du conflit, tels que le mur de la paix et les jardins commémoratifs construits par les deux parties, pour conclure en observant le processus de paix en Irlande du Nord et la disparition de la violence dans les rues.

Nous nous retrouverons à la porte de la mairie pour l'initiation à la visite
Nous approcherons la Divis Tower et connaîtrons l’importance du bâtiment en tant que poste d’observation lors de conflits.
Nous connaîtrons la signification derrière certaines des peintures murales du mur de la paix international, dédié aux causes avec lesquelles les républicains de Belfast s'identifient
Continuant sur Falls Road, nous passerons devant un jardin du souvenir dédié aux membres de la division "D" de l'IRA, puis nous nous arrêterons sous la peinture murale de Bobby Sands.
Nous continuons notre chemin par Cupar Way, en passant par le mur de la paix, où nous pouvons laisser notre propre message de paix accompagné de notre signature.
Sur Shankill Road, nous aborderons le côté moins connu des conflits en visitant des peintures murales dédiées aux héros du quartier ou au mémorial des victimes innocentes lors de l'attaque du pub Bayardo.

Tour guide was super helpful and knew a lot about both aspects. We had some tough weather but she kept it positive and we ended up learning a lot.
I was with my family and friends (6 people group) in Belfast earlier this week. We decided to hire a private tour with this company and Andrés attended us. Andres is a machine. Great knowledgeable about the history and idiosyncrasies of not only Belfast but Northern Ireland as a whole. As you travel with him you are taking a dive into the streets, characters, legends and stories of this beautiful and long-suffering city. He tells it all hard without becoming tedious. Delve in on request and also gave us some luxury stops in unforgettable pubs and cafes that you would skip if you went on your own. He explained the history of the conflict in a very clear and close way, and solved all our questions so that we could understand everything without problem. Daiji ( David) was really good guide, we really enjoyed the tour although initially it was booked in Spanish-speaking but the guide had an inconvenience and they suggested to us join the English-speaking one. 💯
