Nous commençons le voyage au cœur de Belgrade — Place de la République (Trg Republike). Connue pour sa statue emblématique du prince Mihailo à cheval, c'est le pouls culturel et historique de la ville. Ensuite, nous explorons la zone piétonne animée de la rue Knez Mihailova, le centre animé de la vieille ville de Belgrade. Cette rue historique, bordée d'élégants bâtiments du XIXe siècle, offre un mélange de librairies, de cafés élégants et d'artistes de rue. Ici, vous verrez des traces cachées de l'Empire Ottoman, en saurez plus sur les scientifiques et artistes serbes célèbres, trouverez l'un des plus grands musées d'art locaux, tandis que le guide partagera quelques conseils d'initiés sur la façon de passer votre temps à marcher sur cette avenue chic.

Nous terminons notre voyage à Skadarlija, le quartier le plus bohème de Belgrade. Ses rues pavées, pleines de charme et de caractère, sont une plaque tournante pour les artistes, les musiciens et les kafanas traditionnelles. Nous partagerons certainement des conseils sur la façon de déguster la rakija (eau-de-vie serbe) comme un local et de vous plonger dans l'atmosphère animée de Skadarlija.

Tapa was a very knowledgeable and professional young lady. She imparted a lot of knowledge about Serbian history with a focus on Belgrade. Being an architect student, she was able to provide a unique and informative tour about the city's landscape. We covered a lot of ground during our tour which ended in the Bohemian district. My plane was late, so I couldn't get in time for the scheduled tour, but my guide Tara was so kind and agreed to make a walk with me next day. The tour around the Old City of Belgrade with her was great: good temp, not much boring statistics or loads of historical dates, good amount of tips and tricks for the spare time and yes, coffee stop. Just as I like when travelling. Plus the weather was warm and sunny, so we could stand for a while to look at confluence of Sava and Danube. Good feelings and great memories. Absolutely recommended.

It was first time in my life that a group tour was conducted for me alone. I stayed in Belgrade just for 1 day, and could not reschedule the excursion, although it was raining heavily. The tour was absolutely fantastic! There were only two of us, so it felt like a private tour. The guide was a charming young woman who not only knew the city inside out but also made the experience fun, engaging and relaxed.
