Le célèbre Lalaurie Mansion est connu comme la maison la plus hantée de la Nouvelle-Orléans. Historiquement, c'est aussi le lieu de tortures brutales.
Autrefois appelée Place d'Armes, cette célèbre place était autrefois le lieu des exécutions publiques. Les têtes des esclaves en fuite étaient affichées sur la clôture. Même à des époques plus modernes, la place est le théâtre de nombreux lieux hantés.
L'endroit même où l'achat de la Louisiane a été signé est également un haut lieu des spiritueux.

Il y a d'abord eu une pendaison, puis une traînée a suivi. Ce fantôme principal est traité comme un roi par le restaurant qu'il habite. Il n'est pas non plus le seul esprit.

No jump scares. This is a historical tour. I love doing ghost tours wherever I go, they teach you another side to the history that shapes the culture of the city. Every city has a story to tell and these tours honor the main characters who would sometimes be forgotten. I love NOLA and I will always include these tours on our itinerary.

Wonderful, five star walking ghost tour with a fabulous group of local women. I learned so much about ghosts, local lore and history during this tour.
